Heritage Villa Croc

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with dining area, bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue. Note: Youth groups not permitted!

The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.
