Het is een perfecte keuze voor een mooie vakantie vol rust en ontspanning na lange wandeltochten. Het is een comfortabele villa met één verdieping met veel licht en panoramische ramen. Heeft drie slaapkamers. Het biedt een veranda en een grote groene tuin, die bedekt is met natuurlijk gras, met een mooi privézwembad, weg van de nieuwsgierige blikken van buren, om af te koelen op warme zomerdagen, met fruitbomen (druiven, sinaasappels, pruimen of peren zijn voor u beschikbaar) en een ecologische moestuin, ligstoelen, barbecue, tafels en stoelen om buiten te eten. De villa is volledig ingericht en goed uitgerust. Het heeft een ruime woonkamer en eetkamer.
