It was a great place to spend a quiet and relaxing weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! We didn’t want to leave. Beautiful surroundings, super clean, private space. We loved the hot tub and used it every night. What a beautiful place to relax and spent quality time with our family! We will definitely be using this spot as our family get away every summer!

This spot was great! Clean and cozy, in a great location with a little store across the street which was highly convenient. Comfy beds, loved the hot tub and was very happy to see that it’s covered incase of rain, and that there’s patio furniture! Would def come back

Our stay at Anne’s was great! We were a group of 6 people spanning 3 generations, ages 3 to 68, and this place met all our needs. Our kids loved the birds and chipmunks. My husband and I loved the access to the water and kayaks. My parents loved the view and hot tub. We were able to have family dinners and bbqs without any trouble. The surrounding nature was beautiful and was only a short drive to St. John’s or other historic towns (like Harbour Grace). Anne was very communicative and checked in proactively to make sure everything was alright. We are already planning our next stay. This remote cottage was perfect for us who were looking tor time to relax and connect, however the access to internet was handy for quick work check ins and a cosy evening watching a movie by the fire. Recommendations for any first time visitors to Newfoundland renting a vehicle - make sure to get one that is good for unpaved roads. Highly recommend this place.

This place exceeded our expectations. Nestled on the coast line, it’s a paradise for anyone who enjoys listening to the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s a little out of the way (access by gravel road) however it’s private, access to water, with dock, pedal boat, and fishing rods. The house is spacious and has everything you need, including all of the basics for cooking. All bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and more than enough towels. There’s an AC unit on top floor which cools it down appropriately but no AC in the house. Opening the windows did help cool it slightly, there are fans in all bedrooms which helped a lot on the hot days. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway and need to accommodate a larger group! Julia and Dion responded within minutes to all of our inquiries- all around great hosts!

This place was truly a gem. The home is old and cute. It’s comfortable and cozy and warm. You can walk to historical sites and a restaurant. The view is unbelievable.

A wonderful family getaway. The accommodation was wonderful for what we needed. She had lots of extra touches. Lots of space. Nice spot.

We had our company retreat at Barb’s space and couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and unwind. She was super responsive and the church is truly one of a kind. Will be returning!

We loved our time at Brenda's Airbnb! It was nice to Holiday like a local for a few days. The lake was great and they have nice chairs to sit in on the dock and relax. We also took the kayaks out for a morning. The boat house is roomy and we had everything we needed. Having a pool table was fun. We couldn't have ask for kinder hosts. They checked in to see we were comfortable and to see if we needed any local tips and then they left us to enjoy their property. ...And we did😊

We absolutely loved this cottage! Everything was exactly as pictured, communication was almost instant. Everything we needed was at our finger tips with step by step instructions for anything we had questions about. We had the perfect weekend and even booked an extra night last minute.

Excellent location if you wish to see the boats in the Harbour decorated for Christmas. Just had to walk across the street!

We were in town for a weekend swim meet and this was very convenient for us instead of driving an hour back and forth from St. John’s for every session. Very unique home with lots of history. Great location and great hosts - would visit again.

We spent a lovely weekend at this Airbnb. This time we were able to do more hiking and exploring. Brigus South is gorgeous! The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and clean. Our host was so easy to contact and was so helpful. We will definitely book it again in the future. Thanks for the nicest weekend.

Second time staying at Stephanie’s and another great experience. Absolutely beautiful house with stunning views. Very clean and has everything you need for a great weekend away. Communication with our host Stephanie was great and she was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again next year!

This cottage is a perfect getaway spot. We were in town for a wedding at The Wilds and it was a very short drive down the road. Such a beautiful spot and the wood fire stove is an awesome addition we used it everyday of our stay! Sarah and David were very accommodating and lovely hosts even leaving goodies when you arrive. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again when it is kayaking weather!

Very clean and fresh cozy inside and out. Loved sitting by a fire in the back yard overlooking the beautiful coastline of chance cove. Inside was very tidy and a great feeling of warmth on the cooler April days. 10/10 for price and stay experience.

Myself and my husband booked this getaway for a relaxing, quiet night away to reset before the arrival of our second baby. The Dory did just that for us. A peaceful modern cabin, beautiful outdoor setting, very clean property and cabin. We hope to return in the future with the kids as there was an awesome outdoor space the kids could certainly enjoy as well.
