This was the second time we’ve stayed at Danny's house and we love it. It was clean, well-appointed with plenty of supplies and everything worked. It has a pleasant, dog-friendly garden, with decent outdoor furniture. Location-wise, it’s in a pleasant estate 10 minutes from the bridge or 15 from the centre of town with a Spar 5 minutes away for any emergency supplies. The two double bedrooms and two twins are comfortable with plenty of storage space. The upstairs bathroom was well supplied and the outdoor loo and lockable bike shed were fine in daylight hours. Loads of information provided on local hikes and trails. We'd happily recommend it to anyone.

The cottage was just what we needed for a short stay in Abergavenny. it's perfectly located to explore the town or nearby park, which ours dogs loved. The beds were super comfy too and the garden a gem.

Wharfinger’s Cottage is an idyllic sanctuary! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back!

A lovely stop over for two nights with my four legged friends ... what a lovely place. The balcony was a sun trap and I loved spending the evening watching the sun go down. The house was really comfy and homely with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. I very much enjoyed the view of Tretower Castle from my bedroom! Clair was always responsive and helpful, as well as friendly. Would definitely recommend for a get together with friends or family - especially the hot tub!

Antonia’s place was exactly what we needed. The location was quiet and it was easy to find. Liz was very friendly when we arrived. The home had everything we needed, and the kitchen had lots of cooking essentials.

The house is cosy and equipped with everything you need. Lyndon is very friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. So we would definitely like to come back

This a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The beds were super comfortable and the facilities were great. The surroundings are lovely and peaceful and it's nice to walk straight out onto the canal. It's a short drive to Abergavenny for supermarkets and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very well located right along the water and close to many shops, restaurants, and walking paths. The weather was gorgeous during our stay which made the visit even more enjoyable.

Tucked away little Gem. An ideal place

Was a perfect distance away from where I was working in the bay, and very close to the gym, the station and the city centre. The flat had everything I needed and was clean and quiet, with nice outside space and a very decent kitchen. The host was available whenever I needed to ask a question. No complaints whatsoever!

Everything was perfect! Richard is an absolute gem and I would highly recommend staying here. The decor is wonderful, the kitchen was well equipped with herbs and spices, hot tub was amazing, comfy beds, couldn’t say a single bad thing! This is a unique property within easy reach of Cardiff, but far enough out to feel like you are in the depths of the beautiful Welsh countryside. Lesley is a fabulous host who came up to check everything was ok soon after we arrived. She also presented us with Welsh Cakes, milk and biscuits which kicked off our stay perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet in with your Cardiff and surrounding countryside trip. Perfect.

We stayed here for a few nights after our wedding recently to be close to friends in Llanfrynach. We found Ty Fry to be very comfortable and in a beautiful location. Stacie and Helen were very helpful in sending directions/instructions and general communication. We arrived to a delicious lemon drizzle cake which was a welcome surprise. All In all we had a lovely stay in this beautiful part of Wales, we are familiar with the local area but still enjoyed a sunny walk down the canal. Thanks both for making our stay very comfortable!

We live in the village but we’re having our house renovated and needed access to a bathroom/shower whilst the water was off. We’d heard great things about Jenny’s place from other people in the village who had used it for friends and family. We weren’t disappointed. It’s a lovely space and Jenny gave clear communication from point of booking. We were so impressed we’ve made another booking for the next round of building upheaval. Highly recommend

The cabin is set in a beautiful location and is roomy and well equipped. Even in February we were cosy and warm. There are thoughtful touches like board games which we enjoyed playing. There was a handy guide to local restaurants and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend Tessa’s cabin , Thank you Rose & Adrian

Such a cute & cosy little carriage cabin! Amazing location at the base of Pen-Y-Fan and so close to Brecon for amenities/restaurants. Delicious fried brekkie ingredients and brownie treats gifted by the hosts. Would definitely stay again to explore more of the Brecon Beacons!

This place is the shining Brecon beacon of what Airbnbs should be! Every part of the experience has been extremely well thought out and there were also extra small touches such as the cabins being decorated beautifully for Easter. The location is fantastic, being only a 3 mins drive from the town of Brecon with all the local amenities, but back at the cabins it is so peaceful and quiet with only views of the Beacons, you feel like you’re so far away and detached. The cabins are just as beautiful if not better than the photos and spotlessly clean inside. Laura was an incredible host who was very responsive throughout and friendly, who genuinely wants you to have the best experience possible. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Me and my partner came here for three nights. Marjorie and Tom were very welcoming and friendly people. The cabin was surrounded by beautiful views and also very close to local amenities. Will be coming back 🙂

Truly stunning location with beautiful friendly hosts who made us feel at welcome to explore the whole farm. Victoria obviously has an exceptional eye for detail, the Lodge was clean and very well organised, with everything and more than we needed. Wow wow wow! We had such a wonderful time at The Roost, and we can’t wait to visit again! Kath has done an amazing job making her place warm (even in FREEZING weather), cosy, and welcoming, there were so many thoughtful little touches that surprised us that it will be difficult to mention them all! We stayed at The Roost for a short Valentine’s break, and I wanted something different to surprise my boyfriend with. Everything was of exceptional quality, including super warm and cosy bedding, sparkling clean shower rooms, a very cool kitchen area with board games provided, environmentally friendly toilet roll and cleaning products, and also a great set-up for bikes, with bike racks inside the cabins and a bike wash area. A personal highlight was the mouthwatering homemade Welsh cakes left for us in our cabin, these were delicious and I could definitely have over-indulged! Kath was incredibly accommodating to us when the weather forecast had predicted a very bad storm, reaching out to check if we needed to postpone our trip, and then allowing us to do this at no extra cost. All in all, we had a superb time and can’t wait to visit again (hopefully when the weather is warmer!)

Great stay and views. Neighbours around but it’s nicely spaced out. Peaceful surroundings. Brecon town about 15 min drive. Careful of putting too much wood on for hot tub but really good size. Would stay again. Great for access to Brecon Beacons area and walks.
