The Croft Snug

Escape off grid to this secluded self contained large studio room deep in the countryside in Galloway . The accommodation is an annex of our own home and has its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom complete with shower and bath, in a studio format. We are situated on a small holding far from the maddening crowds and under the Galloway dark sky where on a clear night you can see the milky way and an array of stars . We welcome well behaved dogs however they should not be left alone .

The Granary, Little Tahall Farm

The Granary is situated on our small working farm with stunning views over Wigtown Bay. Sleeps 2/4 with twin or double bedroom downstairs, single/double bed can be provided in lounge. Small child friendly, travel cot, high chair etc available. Short drive to beaches, Galloway Forest, hills and coast. Five minutes from Wigtown, handy for the Book Festival. Great for bikers, cyclists, walkers, bird watching or relaxing. One well behaved dog welcome, please advise us before arrival.

Liddesdale Lodge

Liddesdale Lodge sits on the Isthmus of The Rhins of Galloway and Stranraer, perfectly situated for walkers, cyclists and wild swimmers. With its close proximity to Loch Ryan and other beaches makes it ideal for all other water based activities. Stranraer Golf Club can also offer golfers discounted daily rates. The ferries at Cairnryan are 14 minutes away. The self catering Lodge enjoys rural aspects, and is within walking distance of local bars, restaurants, shops and parks.

Known as "The Studio", our new one bedroom apartment is a conversion of outhouses within the grounds of our early 18th century main house. Flooded with light from the front doors and skylights, it has a very contemporary, 'Manhattan loft' character while maintaining a very cosy feel to it. It sits in 5 acres of land comprising of a lawn, paddock and wooded area. Only 3 miles from the facilities of Stranraer and around a 7 minute drive to both the beach and a forest.

The cottage occupies a splendid sea front location and there is a large, free, car park located directly opposite. The property is located only 50 metres from the fabulous Agnew Park.
