La tua casa con vista sulla Baia di Cala di Volpe e le isole di Mortorio e Tavolara, nella zona più esclusiva della Sardegna, a 5 minuti di auto da Porto Cervo! A due minuti a piedi si trovano diversi supermercati, bar, pasticcerie, farmacia, banca, tabaccheria, giornalaio, lavanderia, parrucchiere, ogni servizio! A 4/5 minuti di macchina le famose spiagge di Liscia Ruja, Romazzino, Capriccioli, Pevero. Nella zona sono presenti moltissimi locali alla moda e ristoranti (anche walking distance).

Trova la pace dei sensi in questo appartamento completamente ristrutturato nel 2024, che si affaccia a una bellissima veranda-giardino con un gazebo esterno con area pranzo-cena e un divano. Gli interni sono progettati dall'Host-Architetto, che ci ha messo amore per definire ogni singolo arredo. Il contesto è di prestigio, all'interno di un residence appena riqualificato con piscina. Il centro e la spiaggia sono a due passi: se vieni qui ti dimenticherai la macchina per qualche giorno!

L’appartamento è molto curato e studiato nei dettagli, dotato di arredi di assoluto pregio e di tutti i comfort che vi garantiranno un soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Si caratterizza, inoltre, per la posizione unica nel cuore della Costa Smeralda, all'interno del Residence Club Cala Bitta, che oltre al suo fascino naturale, dispone anche di un bellissimo impianto con piscine per grandi e piccini. Posizione riservata e tale da regalare una vista mozzafiato sul mare.

Casa vista mare tra Porto Cervo e Baia Sardinia.

Prenditi una pausa e rigenerati in questa oasi di pace immersa nella natura sarda, godendo di un magnifico tramonto sul mare! L'alloggio è distante una decina di minuti da tutte le attrazioni più belle della Costa Smeralda. Situato in mezzo alla natura in cima ad una collina tra Liscia di vacca e Baia sardina, a pochi minuti dalle mete più caratteristiche tra cui Porto Cervo. Per potersi spostare è utile avere un mezzo di trasporto.
