It’s in a typical Amsterdam building so reaching the apartment only by stairs. The apartment is completely private and centered on a comfortably living room with ample seating and a TV. The compact kitchen is great for cooking all sorts of meals, and the bed is elevated can be reached by some stairs (see pictures). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Neat and Clean, two floor apartment in historic building (1652), central located in a quiet pedestrian street. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.

Woonark gelegen aan de prachtige en rustige Brouwersgracht. Vanuit je appartement is nagenoeg alles wat je wilt zien in Amsterdam op loopafstand. Gelegen tussen de Prinsengracht en de Herengracht loop je zo de Jordaan in. Heerlijk slenteren door de 9 straatjes, Noordermarkt of de Haarlemmerstraat met zijn knusse winkeltjes. De ark heeft 2 studio's van 16 m2 met eigen deur en buiten de entree geen gedeelde ruimtes.

Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels included.
