Amazing sea view from the garden

Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

Splendida Villa sul mare vicino Porto Rotondo

Splendida villa indipendente situata a 30 metri dal mare nel golfo di Cugnana a 1 km da Porto Rotondo, vicinissima alla Costa Smeralda, con ampio giardino. Tre camere e due bagni, con 6 posti letto. La posizione unica, con un giardino che accompagna alla spiaggia dal fondale sabbioso e dolce, la rende ideale per una vacanza sul mare in famiglia, anche con bimbi piccoli. Il design raffinato si armonizza col paesaggio; l'ampia vetrata sul mare e il suggestivo patio offrono luce e vista uniche.

[Casa bellavista]sul mare

Splendida villetta sul mare con vista mozzafiato,unica nel suo genere, adatta alle famiglie con bambini o giovani coppie che vogliono rilassarsi e godere del mare e della spiaggia,dotata di tutti i comforta due passi dalla spiaggia di bados,a pochi km da Golfo Aranci e Olbia è il posto ideale per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla, in un posto incantevole. L' appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, arredato con cura,dotato di wi-fi, smart TV, aria condizionata, impianto di allarme .

Olbia a 80 mt. dal mare

Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Appartamento con vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara immerso nella natura e nella quiete. A 15 min da Olbia aeroporto e porto. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni). Dai un’occhiata su Google Earth in 3D per scoprire il piccolo Paradiso che ti aspetta: 40°53'13"N 9°37'32"E.

A 150 metri dalla spiaggia di Baja con vista mare ed il tramonto del Phi Beach, elegante e confortevole bilocale dotato di tutti i confort con giardino esclusivo vista mare. Ideale per 4 persone ma con il quinto letto aggiuntivo, la casa si trova inserita in piccolo residence con piscina ed e’ comoda a tutti i servizi. The swimming pool is open from 1/06 to 15/9 with a lifeguard. In the other months the pool is close. Private outdoor car parking. 5 minutes driving from Porto Cervo.
