I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Appartamento artistico molto suggestivo in casa con ampio cortile, parcheggio in loco, immersa nella natura ma allo stesso tempo vicino a tante zone di interesse, la casa si trova proprio sul sentiero che attraversa la valle passando da boschi e stalle con animali all aperto. Adatto a bambini e famiglie. Panorami fantastici visibili già dall appartamento e host disponibile e gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Location ottima, appartamento comodissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Andrea ci ha accolto personalmente e nell'appartamento ci ha fatto trovare tutto per la colazione e non solo . Consiglio a chiunque di considerare questo alloggio per le proprie vacanze

Villa Vitis was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back

Really nice accommodation, spacious rooms and good kitchen and living room. Beds are a little narrow, however we slept well. Warm welcoming with pastry which we loved. You also get all the essentials there so you dont need to worry about bringing some of your things.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable chez Giuseppina et Atos son chien;-) Les enfants ont tout de suite été conduits par la maison, la propriété et toutes les aventures que ce lieu leur a permis de vivre. La maison était parfaite pour nous 5, très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La Localisation était aussi un atout fort: visite à la journée de Venise grâce au train, sessions de luges à à peine 30 minutes de la maison, le rêve ;-) Enfin, Giuseppina a été une hôte fantastique qui a su être à l’écoute, tout en nous laissant notre espace: nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous.

Great and beautiful house. We absolutely love it. It is beautiful renovated old house from the beginnig of 20. century. Very nicely reconstructed with lot of old details. In the house are two simple kitchens with traditional wibe and some magic in there. Kitchens are simly arrange but you find there everything you needed. House has great position according to ski area Kronplatz. You are 10 min walk from skilifts.

Beautiful apartment and view. Building work next door did not bother us at all. Very responsive and helpful host who helped enormously with electric car charging Be aware it is a fair walk up/down a steep hill to main town and although ski buses stop relatively nearby getting to them was still several minutes of walking (and they didn't always come as per timetable...). I was glad we had car for shopping etc. We loved the skiing !

Wir (11 Personen einer Familie) waren sehr angetan sowohl von der Lage des Hauses als auch von der Ausstattung.

Federica est une hôte accueillante. Le logement est très bien équipé et est idéalement situé pour les escapades dans les Dolomites. Je le recommande. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

It was great. An extraordinary location with great charme. The castle looks exactly like on the pictures and the view is lovely. It comfortably fits 8 people and the garden is huge. Ada is a great host, who responds right away and gives great recommendations. She lives next door with her dogs and is always available in case of questions. It was great!

Stefano was an awesome host! He allowed us to check in early and sent clear instructions for getting to and into the house. The place was exactly as pictured—super cute and clean. He was very kind and even gave us local recommendations!

Abbiamo alloggiato in 7 in casa di Susanna, molto accogliente con spazi ampi e fornita di tutto il necessario. Una vista panoramica meravigliosa e poi a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Moena. Susanna è sempre stata disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie di tutto!

Wir haben direkt mit Sabina, der Eigentümerin kommuniziert, die nebenan wohnt. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und nett.

Daniela offre un alloggio stupendo, ha una casa bellissima molto curata, giardino splendido con gazebo XXL dove fare colazione o consumare qualsiasi pasto, un must. La piscina è perfettamente curata e Daniela è un'ottima padrona di casa, ci si sente a casa. Grazie Daniela alla prossima

This place is amazing and beautiful. The pictures to not even come close to the view you will have sitting in your private pool sipping on some of the best prosecco the world offers. The home was amazing for our family of 7–with room to spare. If you get the tower, it is a great idea to use for the parents, or anyone who can use their own private apartment. It is a separate Mother in law suite that is right in front of the pool. The main house is huge with lots of space sleep and eat. We used the entire property from playing bocce ball in the lawn, swimming everyday, making a nice big BBQ with local meats from a butcher right in town. I also recommend doing the Prosecco tasting they offer. It’s an amazing experience with great information and, of course, Prosecco. Lastly BEA is such a sweet and amazing person. Super helpful and is always available to help. She makes the stay that much better. The main word about this place is the VIEW!!!!!!

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

Location molto piacevole in mezzo a un bosco e a campi, appartamento impeccabile, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Generi di conforto come acqua e caffè, bollitore, minibar. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie per l’ospitalità

Wir sind begeistert. Die Kommunikation war super, Andrea, Francesca und Giacomo waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns super unterstützt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, im retrolook mit tollen alten Utensilien, die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Saubere Betten, Sauberes Badezimmer, Saubere gut ausgestattete Küche mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Messern, alles zum Kochen sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Garten, mit Feigenbaum, Zwetschkenbaum und dem Mega tollen Pool. Sitzmöglichkeiten für 20 Leute :) Es gab ein Gitterbett, einen Stuhl für unseren Sohn (<1Jahr). Sogar eine Wallbox zum Laden von unseren EAuto hat es gegeben. Die Ventilatoren und Gelsenstecker haben für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!! Wenn man einen Fehler sucht, wird man lediglich feststellen das Espressotassen nützlich wären ;) Danke für den tollen Urlaub !!!!

Ontbijt en dinner waren beiden enorm lekker. Mooi verblijf. Helemaal tot rust gekomen.
