The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, we respect our neighbours and therefore our quiet hours are 10pm- 6am. The hot tub is only available until 9.30pm and only quiet music. *No pets*

It comprises a kitchen/living room/diner with high ceiling, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. Set on the edge of Victoria Park, this stylish detached garden annex is a perfect haven for visiting the near-by attractions of Cardiff. A large double bedroom, with a king-size bed, en-suite, and kitchenette. The sitting area with access through bi-fold doors onto a private patio overlooking our garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. The annex has its own access, TV, WiFi. Easy walking distances to some great restaurants and a beautiful park.

There is a small convenience store within 5 minutes walk, the nearest public house is only a 10 minute walk.

We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre.
