The villa is located in unspoiled Carriacou, the most southern isle of the Grenadines Archipelago. Nestled in a half-acre lush garden, it is mere steps from a secluded beach where a coral reef lines a natural sandy cove. The cove is home to many tropical fish and lobster, making it ideal for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking and fishing. Our home is made for relaxation and wonder. Wide verandahs surround the entire villa offering up spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the tropical gardens.

This new, stylish tiny house is surrounded by lush greenery and amazing views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. You can soak in your private plunge pool, walk to beautiful beaches nearby for snorkelling or beach picnics, have a yoga session on the forest deck, gaze at the sea or stars from the oversized hammock net, barbecue and enjoy al fresco dining on the patio and relish a hot shower under the stars. Tyrrel Bay and Paradise Beach are just a 10-minute drive away from your tropical hideaway.

Our studio is entirely self contained. It is on the ground floor so great for people with children or those wanting minimum steps. The studio is clean, comfortable and spacious. It has two bedrooms. One king (with A/C) and one with two single beds (no A/C). The studio has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is hot water. Towels and bedlinen are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, new gas stove, washing machine. Large terrace with stunning views to dine.

The House and pool are all on one level, which makes for easy accessibility by wheelchair. There is a dedicated, free parking space and free wifi. Guests have complete privacy as there are no shared amenities. The house is surrounded with wildlife and forest, with not only beautiful open views towards the sea, but also walkable to the beach of Anse La Roche, one of the most beautiful beaches in Carriacou. A short hike up the hill takes you to High North Point, the highest point of Carriacou.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. All amenities are modern. There is easy access to all restaurants and beaches. The only way to get to Mayreau directly is by boat. The Jaden Sun Ferry comes to Mayreau from St.Vincent on Mondays at 3:30 pm, Fridays at 10 am and Sundays at 4:00 pm. There are stops in Bequia and Canouan. You can return using the Jaden Sun on Mondays at 6:40 am, Wednesdays at 6:40 am or Fridays at 3:40 pm.

Whether you want a place to explore our beautiful island from or you are working on your boat you'll find a comfortable spot 100 yards from the beach. We are a short walk from the port with easy access to transport to the rest of the island, with a range of bars and restaurants within walking distance. This is our ground floor apartment, accessible via a few steps at the front of the apartment.
