Our family really enjoyed their time in this great ski house . Very convenient to Sunday River . The bed were really comfortable and the whole house was perfect for the crew . The Hot Tub was very much welcomed after a day skiing . A huge plus . Very easy to communicate with host . Would highly recommend this home and we will book it again hopefully . We have stayed in many Air BnBa and this was one of the best . Thanks July .

Everything was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The hot tub was great. Be aware that it is in full view of neighbors so bathing suits required! Tim was a great communicator!

We love staying at the Brownie. It’s a great home for any active family that appreciates a quiet surrounding. Great home and so close to SR. It can’t be beat.

This was the second time we stayed here. Sandy and Jeff are very responsive and it was again a positive experience and stay. This is a nice house to be relaxed and the kids had fun, the movie room downstairs was a happy surprise for them. It is located near some nice lakes and we had no trouble getting food at local places around here. We would recommend.

Had a great stay! Karen and Michael were great hosts and very responsive. The backyard was perfect for our daughter playing and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit!

Renee was very responsive when we had questions. She was also very clear with instructions on how to get there/ how to use things around the place. We had a blast in a peaceful camp space!

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

Bella Bear Cabin was the perfect fit for our girls weekend. The fireplace made the space very cozy through all the rainy weather we had. Everyone loved the large hot tub. Beds were comfortable. The location of the cabin felt private, no neighbors too close. The property is a 25 minute drive from the outlets and restaurants in North Conway. We especially loved the master suite with the large bathroom and private deck. I’d definitely rebook this spot for a family gathering.

Our stay at 1800BC (The Bear Cabin @ Moose Lodge) was awesome!!! We are a family of four with a dog that loves to travel New England for family adventures. The Bear Cabin met all of our expectations and we had a beautiful time skiing at Bretton Woods. This was a special cabin with beautiful woodwork, an awesome wood stove, plenty of space and a superb location. Just a short drive to Bretton Woods (2mns) and close to several to several restaurants on Rt 302 as well. There is Bretton Woods Market and Deli just down the road that can meet most needs as well. If you are a skiing family and want a peaceful yet close proximity to a cool mountain...The Bear Cabin is for you.

Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

Our family had an unforgettable weekend trip in Campton. We spent most of our time sightseeing, but coming home to the cozy cabin made our trip complete. In the evening, we played uno and relaxed by the wood stove. It was perfect. Jason was very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We would love to stay again!

Was absolutely wonderful stay. We usually don't spend much time at our airbnbs but we got to fully enjoy this one. Relaxed the whole weekend was just what we needed. We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Ashleigh's cabin! The cabin was absolutely perfect — cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and made the experience even more special. Ashleigh was super responsive and made the entire process smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to returning!
