E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

La locazione turistica di Sara Jane si erge nel medievale centro storico di Gubbio, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia. Il piccolo appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2021, con pietra a vista e antiche travi in legno, e un panorama che rende il soggiorno unico! Zona pedonale molto silenziosa. Sono presenti cucina, bagno e camera da letto matrimoniale (eventuale lettino e seggiolone x bimbi). A 200m parcheggio gratuito. In casa tutti i comfort per un soggiorno in pieno relax!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
