This is a wonderful apartment to spend some time, days or even weeks or months. It has all you need. The space is well distributed and there are various rooms you can make the best use of. The apartment really has everything from forniture to kitchen tools and medical box. Rest room is spacious and looks brand new. The balcony is very handy to take some fresh air and put your laundry. Despite the apartment is amongst many floors and building, and the rails station is just behind, it is very quiet and quality of sleep is greet. Neighbours are good. Parking, you may take some time to find a spot, but with some patience i always found one. Sofa is very comfy, bedroom mattress can be upgraded to a new one without metal inside. Improvement is needed with some information on how to locate the key and enter the apartment the first time, with the door key needing to be stretched in order to open. The apartment have heating too. Overall, a wonderful stay. I will be back for sure.

Large and spacious accommodation that fully matches the host's description. Easy to reach, even late at night, as in our case. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Everything was well furnished and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was clean. Five adults felt at home for five days. Those arriving by car or renting a car will find free parking nearby. The subway is a 15-20 minute walk away, and there are small restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket where you can buy essentials. Despite the traffic on the main road, the apartment was quiet and comfortable. This was our first visit to Lisbon, and if the accommodation is available, we will book it again on our next visit. Parfait. Tres bonne communication, logement impeccable, une corbeille de fruits, un fromage et une bouteille nous attendaient. La literie esr confortable, le logement a vue sur la mer et on peut se rendre à la plage à pied en moins de 10 minutes. Parking au pied de l'immeuble et environnemenr paisible.

La estancia fue agradable se conecta muy rápido con todo, el único de talle es que el baño siempre tuvo mal olor tal vez era la tubería. De resto todo excelente recomendable al 99%

Maria's home was our "HOME BASE" for a 3 week stay in Portugal. We rented a car and visited Porto, Sintra, Lisbon, and several towns in the Algarve. Every time we came back to Maria's place, we felt relaxed and "at home". Lisbon is about 25 minutes from Maria's place, Uber's are inexpensive, and driving in Lisbon is not easy (nor is parking)...so we chose Uber for those days. Driving around Oreais is pretty easy (once you learn the "rules of the roundabouts"...lol! Everything you need is within walking distance to Maria's (restaurants, GREAT patisserie, Super Mercado, etc.). Maria has also stocked her home with many essentials. The views from the multiple terraces are incredible! ...just like the photos! If we visit Portugal again, we will definately book with Maria!

Excellent apartment. Everything is exactly how it is described and the pictures are a very accurate representation of the unit. It's an excellent location with many things to do close by. The apartment was very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host were easy to work with and very responsive.

we really enjoyed our stay. there was a great little grocery store down the road. lovely old building. was an easy Uber ride to the Centre of Lisbon. We walked to Belme and there were lots of great little restaurants. check out Golfino and LX Factory for some great food.

It was a great place to stay for 4 people. The desk and the chair are very comfortable for the ones that will work from home!

Lovely apartment, was exactly what we needed

A great location, we used this property for a team attending a conference at the FIL convention centre, the apartment was clean modern and the team were a joy to deal with.

A lovely little unconventional place for a couple of nights! Very secluded and charming windmill with authentic beams and amazing top floor. I’m 6’2 and banged my head many times but that’s nothing new and it does say low ceilings in the listing. Excellent shower power and little welcoming gift. Sunset was great from the top floor window. A closed window at night or earplugs are advised for neighbouring cockerel!

All was well and it was a cozy home for a short stay, I appreciate the communication and promptness. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what we needed. The booking process and communication was so easy and very clear. The accommodation and rooms are all as described although some reviews mentioning the broken chairs are accurate. We had one unusable chair but we were only 4 people so not a problem. We were missing some of the items listed as included in the property listing such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll, shampoo. However we had our own shampoo and there is a supermarket opposite - and a Lidl very close by - so it was easy to get these things. We would definitely stay here again!

Casa acolhedora e pitoresca com envolvente de muita natureza para explorar, com todas as comodidades e relativamente perto de lisboa.

La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, la terraza es muy agradable. La cocina está bien equipada, con lavaplatos, lavadora, solo le falta un microondas. El salón es amplio y las camas cómodas. En los baños el flujo de agua caliente es constante. Como se dice en otros comentarios la potencia de luz es limitada, por lo que salta el diferencial si se ponen los 3 radiadores eléctricos por ejemplo. Si se va en época de más frío (enero), podría ser un problema. La comunicación con Guest Ready muy bien, y además hablamos con la propietaria de la casa (su teléfono viene el extenso manual de la casa) quién fue muy amable y atenta a nuestra solicitud. Está situada a 10 minutos de Ericeira donde hay muchos comercios, restaurantes y playas. Es un buen lugar para visitar esta zona, sin duda recomendable.

Fantastic experience, and a great place to stay in Lisbon! You will be outside of the heavy tourist traffic in a neighborhood with tons of character. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Great views from the balconies, and the patio is great for sunset views of Lisbon. Our host arranged an airport pickup for us and check-in was smooth, with lots of helpful recommendations. There are great places to eat nearby, and several convenient mini marts to pick up the essentials for your stay. Overall, we could not have asked for more!

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

PROS: Excelente apartamento, amplio, muy bien descrito y fiel a fotografías. Zona muy buena cercana a restaurantes, parques, museos y transporte público. Tiene en la puerta un pequeño supermercado y un parking subterráneo. Tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción (fuimos en semana Santa y no hizo falta encenderla, el apartamento tiene muy buena temperatura). Tiene instalado un termo de agua eléctrico de gran capacidad y suficiente para usar ambas duchas a la vez. También incluye Nespresso CONS: TV antigua y un poco pequeña. Hay que subir unas escaleras para coger el ascensor. Estuvimos muy agusto, la propietaria fue muy amable, nos dejó preparada una cesta con vino, café, galletas y otros snacks. Había pastilla para lavadora y lavavajillas. La lavadora/secadora funcionaba perfectamente. Además nos recomendó negocios locales y nos orientó para llegar al centro. Volveríamos sin duda. Gran experiencia.

This apartment is a winner, and is exactly as described in the listing. Edite was a wonderful host that was avaliable by text to help on request for the duration of our stay. The location is great - very near the river, but far enough away that it doesn't feel crowded. Its an extremely walkable location, although there are both public transport options and cheap Uber close by. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay. Amazing location surrounded by cafes, restaurants and sight seeing. The unit is super well equipped with everything you need. It gets lots of natural light and it’s well furnished. I particularly enjoyed being able to leave open the double doors that lead to the balcony.

Appartement bien agencé avec de nombreux rangements et bénéficiant d’un garage ce qui est un plus , vu le manque de stationnement à l’extérieur . Spacieux et sécurisé .

We stayed at Chiara's condo in March 2025. The keyless entry was very nice as we did not have to worry about keys, however, keys were also made available to us. The condo was as described and we loved the cool vibe that her decor provided! The condo is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, little supermarkets and attractions. Chiara provided us with a list of "must see" attractions and her favourite restaurants. She arranged an airport transfer for us which we appreciated very much! If we should travel to Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay here and will also recommend her condo to friends who may be travelling to the city!

Très propre, bonnes prestations, très comfortable, super emplacement, belle vue, entrée autonome moderne. Je recommande ! L’organisation pour l’accès au parking est malheureusement un peu compliquée: il faut préalablement rentrer dans l’appartement pour prendre le ticket du parking et c’est compliqué de se garer dans les ruelles à proximité de l’immeuble pour prendre le ticket et ensuite aller se garer. Je présume que c’est la seule organisation possible.
