Vakantiewoningen met open haard in Castelletto, Genua

This is a great little property in the mountains above Portofino. There are trails up and down the mountain to allow you access to the town and the bay nearby by foot. The owners were extremely friendly, accommodating, and excited to share their joy of life with us; truly special people.

Casa fabulosamente decorada. Muy cómoda para mi hija, mi esposa y yo. Grandes detalles de Cris a ayudarnos a ubicar para conocer Genova y Portofino. Recomendable completamente para desplazarse en tren. Sin duda, buen lugar para volver

Daniela was a great host, she always responded very quickly and her instructions were very clear. The recommendation about the surroundings and restaurants were helpful . We enjoyed staying at her home very much; it’s settled in a garden full of olive tress at the top of a hill and the view over the bay and the ocean from the rooftop terrace is spectacular; especially the sunsets. We’ve had a very heavy storm for two days; two days of extraordinary fireworks because Recco had a special public holiday and had a good time for the rest of the week. We would like to especially thank Paola very much for picking up our daughter from the train station, that was really kind.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von neun Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Rosa. Patricia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, das Haus hat viel Charakter, die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und kreativ. Besonders toll fanden wir den Garten mit Pergola-Sitzplatz. Wir haben uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten und haben die Weitsicht, die relative Ruhe und den kurzen Weg zum Meer runter sehr genossen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosa sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren für einige Nächte in der Unterkunft von Carlo und es hat uns wunderbar gefallen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche war super ausgestattet und das Bad sowie das Schlafzimmer sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, aber der Charme von Altem wurde beibehalten. Diese Kombination hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Außenbereich war sehr groß und man hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Die Katze Kusna wohnt auch im Außenbereich und war eine Bereicherung für unseren Urlaub. Sie war sehr verschmust und lieb. Der perfekte Ort für Menschen, die Katzen mögen! Wir empfehlen mit dem Bus, zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller die Gegend zu erkunden, da es sehr kurvig und eng für Autos ist. Der nächste größere Bahnhof war mit dem Bus ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es 15 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg runter. Die Kommunikation mit Carlo war sehr freundlich und immer schnell! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. :)

Alloggio ideale per chi vuole tranquillità, zona piena di verde in un piccolissimo borgo. Ho avuto l'impressione di starmene tranquillo in una baita di montagna. Sarà stato l'effetto di trovare la stufa accesa e la visione del fuoco mi ha riportato agli anni della mia giovinezza. Ho soggiornato solo due giorni per motivi di lavoro ma se avessi potuto mi sarei fermato altri giorni volentieri. Assolutamente consigliato, ideale per due persone. Unica pecca non esserci una macchina per il caffe e magari qualche cialda a disposizione degli ospiti.

Замечательный семейный дом в красивом месте, вид на Портофино из террасы просто невероятный, до пляжа и до центра города можно зайти пешком 12-15 минут обычным шагом. Городок совсем не большой, тихий, уютный, близость к жд станции откуда можно добраться до ближайших городов и активной инфраструктуры. Возле дома жд дорога, шум поездов слышен в доме, но не могу сказать что сильно мешает отдыху. Так же в доме достаточно крутая лестница между этажами которая может быть проблемой для людей с ограниченными возможностями в ходьбе. Мы остались довольны отдыхом. Спасибо большое 😊

Absolutely fantastic stay. Although we did not meet Erika, she was great at communicating before and during the stay. Lovely decor and apartment had everything you needed. Wonderful view from the terrace that we could have sat at for hours. We hope to be back and stay longer in the future! Can’t recommend enough.

Wir durften eine Woche in Danielas wundervoller Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines der ältesten Gebäude von Chiavari und hat eine kleine Dachterrasse mit Blick über einen hübschen Platz wo tagsüber Markstände stehen und sich die lokale Bevölkerung am Abend auf einen Aperitif trifft. Die Wohnung ist damit mittendrin im Trubel und doch ein privates Kleinod. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine vollständige Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht (inklusive Waschmaschine, Fön etc.). Viele klassische Stilelemente verzücken das Auge. Daniela hat uns nach abendlichem Self-checkin am zweiten Tag persönlich empfangen und uns einige gute Tipps gegeben. Sie hat uns auch an eine Freundin für eine mehrstündige private Stadtführung in Genua vermittelt, was sehr eindrucksvoll war. Ansonsten haben wir Chiavari als sehr gut gelegen empfunden für Tagesausflüge ins Cinque Terre, nach Genua, Portofino und sogar Pisa. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!!

Die Wohnung von Stefano hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den grandiosen Blick aufs Meer haben wir jeden Tag genossen! Die Lage war perfekt: Der Bahnhof liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe: Genua oder die Cinque Terre - alles konnte man bequem mit dem Zug erreichen. Alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Ho prenotato una sola notte perché avevo un corso di lavoro nella stessa via dell’ alloggio. Svetlana è stata molto chiara e disponibile fin da subito. La casa era molto accogliente e pulita.

Casa spaziosa e ben attrezzata con a disposizione una piccola area esterna. Francesca è stata molto gentile nell'accoglierci e a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Het verblijf was een bijzondere ervaring. Het appartement ligt midden in het dorpje. Aangezien het niet toeristisch is, kun je echt ervaren hoe het is om tussen de Italianen te wonen. De mensen in het dorp waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een heel goede traiteur, met verse broodjes, wijn, pasta, vleeswaren, groente, fruit, etc. Ook is er een barretje waar je koffie kunt drinken en een pizzeria, deze was niet open toen wij er waren. Op korte rijafstand zijn verschillende goede restaurants. Je hoort het geluid van de bovenburen, maar dit was verder niet storend. Het appartement is mooi opgeknapt en biedt alles wat nodig is. Er is een balkon en een tuintje waar je in de zon kunt zitten, het zou fijn zijn als hier ook foto's van op de website staan, evenals van het uitzicht. Nicolette is erg behulpzaam en altijd aanwezig voor tips. We hebben een aantal prachtige wandelingen in de buurt gemaakt, o.a. naar Monte Antola vanuit Bavastrelli!! We komen graag nog eens terug!

Charmante maison dans les hauteurs de Chiavari, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, la maison sur la colline est au calme au milieu d'oliviers. Les propriétaires sont adorables, disponibles. la maison est très propre. Un gâteau à la crème de citrons à notre arrivée. Rien à dire, à part que c'était parfait.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time! The view was just breathtaking and we couldn't be more happy about spending our short holidays at Francescos place! He was really kind and always around in case we needed him. We're totally recommending staying at this little, sweet airbnb!

appartamento spazioso e ben attrezzato, gode di una vista spettacolare. Angelo sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, al nostro arrivo ha fatto una panoramica generale di cosa poter visitare nelle vicinanze e di tutti i mezzi pubblici che avremmo potuto prendere senza bisogno di spostare la macchina.

Absolutely wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The villa is beautiful - the hand painted tiles particularly are stunning. It is traditional and well equipped. The view is what you are staying for and that was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, eating our dinner and watching the world go by. I personally stayed in the back room where the train tracks are and I know some of the reviews mention this as an issue. I really found it absolutely fine, I had brought ear plugs which I wore (which I do normally) and it really didn't bother me. I actually quite enjoyed hearing the trains. I would say a car is needed for the villa, which we had. It would be fairly difficult to navigate without and it is approximately 250 steps up to the main road. Laura was amazing! So attentive and even got us some lovely treats as we were getting a late flight to Milan and then a long drive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Super séjour ! La maison se mérite car il faut gravir de nombreuses marches pour arriver à bon port. Le jardin est très agréable et est très bien entretenu et la maison est décorée avec goût. Giuseppe s’est rendu très disponible. Merci pour tout.

Stefano is by far, one of the best hosts! He was engaging, warm, kind, and informative. He greeted us upon arrival, describing all the things to see in the area and made us feel welcomed & at home immediately. He gave us excellent dinner recommendations. Ristorante Nonna Nina was amazing! With only two full days in town, our options were limited. However, Stefano fully explained the ferry schedules along the coast and told us not to miss seeing Camogli! He was right! It was spectacular! Portofino was beautiful too, of course. On our second morning Stefano even brought us some locally made focaccia bread, which is one of the specialties of the region. The onion flavored was a big hit. There were six of us traveling and we all wished we had more time to stay here. The view of Camogli from the back yard is unbelievable. We also wished we had the opportunity to see the sunset, which would have been amazing for sure! You won't be disappointed staying at Rustico VIP! Stefano is awesome!

We were 3 generations, so really enjoyed the space and comfort of the house. There is not much to add to all the nice things previous guests have said about this lovely old house in a lovely place. Ivo is a delightful and very interesting host. The house is beautiful and beautifully maintained.. Be aware that the roads throughout the mountains are steep and narrow; also the coastal resorts are very busy, with parking a challenge. We took the suggestion and went to the Cinque Terre by train for the day - driving there would have been impossible! There's lots of good hiking in the area, including exploring from the door, and we did several others using Alltrails. We all loved our stay.
