Gary’s place was just what we needed for our visit to Fayetteville. Great location, comfortable, well furnished place with plenty of room. When we were awakened by rain and hail one night, we were so thankful for the covered parking! Thanks Gary! We will see you again soon.

Had a great stay at Joseph's for the Bentonville Half Marathon. It's a short 6 minute drive to downtown in no traffic. I slept well, the shower water can be as hot as you need it to be, Wifi worked well, and the closet is spacious. While it's open parking during the day until 7pm, you will need to park in front of the Leasing Office Visitor's Parking spots.

I stayed 3 nights here and I felt like I was at home. All appliances needed were readily available, the location was perfect, with plenty to see and do nearby. I look forward to staying here again when I visit NWA!!

Fantastic place! The apartment has everything you could possibly need, was decorated really well, perfectly clean and the hosts were very communicative. The location is very convenient as well. I will definitely look at staying here in the future when in town.

Great place, exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need to feel like at home but closer to nature. We spent a few days biking and walking around area and was relaxing. Highly recommend the place.

We had a great time staying at this house. We love coming to Bentonville and this place is conveniently located to downtown and the mountain bike trails as well as walkable to Crystal Bridges. Loved having the Airship coffee shop across the street. The place was very clean and modern. And it had everything we needed for our week in town. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was beautiful! Very spacious. Perfect size for a big families/friend groups. Full of everything we needed. The pool and hot-tub were our favorite parts of the house. Pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. Pamela was amazing! She was very communicative and responsive. She responded very quickly and nicely, which we appreciated. I definitely recommend this home!!

My mother and I had a great stay over the weekend. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive even providing some local recommendations. it was lovely to be able to open the back patio door to let the breeze in and listen to the birds sing. We will definitely come back in the future—highly recommend!
