Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The independent entrance, with external stairs and an elevator, leads to the first floor where the Silence apartment is. It has three rooms with double beds and one with two French beds, all with private bathrooms. The loggia, balconies, and large windows offer views of the landscape, creating harmony between nature and interiors. The equipped kitchen with a large table and tiled stove is the heart of the home. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.

Het gezellige Appartement 16 ligt in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, in de buurt van Bolzano/Bozen en is een prima uitgangspunt voor het verkennen van zowel de stad als de prachtige bergen van Zuid-Tirol. Het appartement van 50 m² bestaat uit een woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken met een vaatwasser, een slaapkamer en een badkamer en is dus geschikt voor 4 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn wifi (geschikt voor videogesprekken), satelliettelevisie, een babybedje en een kinderstoel.

Het lichte appartement 'Bergblick - Fichte' in Villnöss/Funes valt op door de rustige ligging met uitzicht op de bergen. De 50 m² grote woning beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken met vaatwasser, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer, een apart gastentoilet en biedt plaats aan 4 personen. Er is snelle wifi, verwarming en een tv aanwezig. Het appartement heeft een eigen balkon. Jullie hebben toegang tot een gedeelde buitenruimte met tuin en open terras.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
