Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. This 19th-century country farmhouse has been recently renovated with all the modern conveniences while preserving its historic charm. With three living spaces and two fireplaces, there's plenty of room to relax with family and friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Celebrate special events in the unique bar room. The four bedrooms and the two updated baths offer comfort and convenience. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio. Take a walk to the pond or down the mowed field path.

The area offers many activities for all 4 seasons and The Cottage is the perfect home base to explore Central NY.
