Very much enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet area. Enjoyed the large hot tub and pool table. Just as pictured.

Comfortable home in a very walkable area of Bentonville. House and yard are well furnished with plenty of household supplies. Old-fashioned cooktop/oven are not functional, so owner has supplied every small appliance that you might want to cook with. Despite downtown location, this house is very quite and not affected by traffic noise (as with other airbnbs we've stayed in nearby).

A wonderful lake house. Our family had a wonderful time. The house is incredible and comes with everything you could think of (and things you don’t) to have a great time and make lifelong lake memories. The house has so much to do! Games and toys for all ages, kayaks, paddle boards, and a lily pad means there is always something to do. The dock is really nice because the water is deep enough to swim and have fun, but you can still touch. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Definitely recommend!

Tyler’s place was super clean, organized and free of clutter. Very pretty view off the back porch. Bike trails seriously….in the back yard. Also this area was very quiet!

This house is so lovely! The surroundings are beautiful, neighbors are friendly, and there is plenty of space for rest and relaxation. Our group of six enjoyed home cooked meals in a well stocked kitchen and truly enjoyed our time together in this great rental. The host is also incredibly responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

Our trip started on a rough note with a car breakdown and 1am arrival, our hosts were with us every step and very responsive through our arrival. The stay was perfect, the location is close to town, very walkable and rideable to all the local trails. The space is equipped with the basics you need for a stay and despite the walls being thin we had very respectable neighbors. Overall a great stay and would recommend and come again!

Clean place with quality linens and towels and lots of them, even hand towels. Nice backyard for children and pets. Comfortable beds. attached garage which makes packing and unpacking michigan easier. Plan to stay again.

We got to stay a few days with Julie, and we were super happy with our stay. Beautiful area just outside of town, that made it quite and relaxing. Inside the place was picture perfect. All of this made for a great place to stay. Thank you, Julie.

5 Stars Just Isn’t Enough! We almost let a sketchy weather forecast rain on our parade—but thanks to Angie's amazing reassurance (and a little faith in the weather gods), we stuck with the plan… and wow, are we glad we did! • The house? Loved it. Like, "should-we-move-here? These couches and bed are great!" levels of cute and cozy. • Fully stocked with everything we needed—basically Mary Poppins’ bag in house form. • The backyard? A doggy paradise. Our pups are already lobbying for a return trip. Even made some.chicken and duck friends next door! • Angie was basically a fairy godparent of local recs—everything from food to fun was spot-on. • Bonus points for being a total lifesaver: we accidentally left some things behind, and Angie shipped them back faster than Amazon Prime. Honestly, it was such a good experience and we loved every moment. 10/10, paws down, would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay! The space was quiet, clean and welcoming. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities, and they added extra little touches to make us feel at home. We really appreciated the parking space and downstairs storage for our bikes. The location felt private but was within walking distance from restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful area, quiet, and beautiful view — we saw deer in the front yard a couple times! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable!

Stephanie was very responsive & friendly, it was a little hard to find at first (it was dark outside though when we arrived) the place was cute, & clean. my only complaint is that you have to walk through one of the rooms to get to the bathroom & the lack of curtains made it feel like we didn't have much privacy. but overall was a nice place to stay for the night!
