Property was exactly as per description and photos, and did not disappoint. The garden is huge and our little Miniature Schnauzer loved it, as did we. The location is quiet in a lovely little village. Local Pub was great, people very friendly and food delicious. We booked to be near the golf, Woburn Golf Club 1.5 miles away. Perfect location and Faye’s property delivered everything we wanted to celebrate our anniversary. If we stayed longer we would have taken up her offer of having a hot tub for our stay from a local company. Faye responded quickly to our questions on arrival which helped us settle in quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering this property and would be happy to return again if Faye would let us. Thank you 🙏

A fabulous place to stay, with super friendly and supportive hosts who were on hand to help when needed. Wonderful place with loads of space to relax with the family. It felt the perfect mix of luxury and homeliness. very private with lots of parking and plenty of spaces to relax outside in the sunshine. Whilst it is near the airport, that very quickly became unimportant and did not affect our stay in the slightest. I couldn't recommend Dinah and Mike more highly as hosts. They made The Stables feel like a home from home. We were made to feel incredibly welcomed. We would certainly book again if we were to return to the area.

Amy's cottage was perfect for our 2 night stay and ideally located for Woburn village and the Safari Park. She responded promptly to a couple of questions we had including how to get into the property when we arrived. She was surprised we hadn't had that information from Airbnb.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Great location for north London, stylish and comfortable flat with a sun soaked garden. Only thing I would suggest is more kitchen equipment/utensils if you wanted to cook at the property.

Beautiful setting, clean room - just what we needed for a brief stay during a wedding. Great communication and pretty setting, would recommend!

We had a lovely short break at Milan’s loft apartment, tucked away in the beech woods. Milan was a proactive and responsive host, letting us have all the information we needed, and providing for a comfortable stay. It is a great spot from which to explore the local area and we had some lovely walks with friends in the nearby Chinnor Hill nature reserve and at Whiteleaf cross.

I had a wonderful stay at Cathrine's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Cathrine was a fantastic host, quick to respond and very accommodating. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend staying here!

5 min walk to Mile End - great station with lots of options for travel. Close by to grocery, restaurants, etc. Home was great! Would definitely recommend.

Nice and very neat place, well located close to several public transportation options. Evie, the host, is very responsive. The surroundings are generally quiet.

I was down in Hackney for work and had the loveliest stay at Alice’s home. It is such a peaceful area of London with lots of great food places around and easy links into central. Alice’s home is bright and beautifully decorated - it really felt like a “home away from home”. I was blessed with fantastic weather on my trip, so it was great to spend evenings in the garden eating dinner after work. Alice was super helpful and responsive with any of my questions and I will 100% be back here for any future work trips in London. Thank you :)

Had an amazing couple of nights stay the location was stunning the views over the countryside loved the rural setting with fantastic hosts every thing that was needed was provided. Would definitely book again.

The garden room was excellent in every respect. I think the only problem will be to find a date when it is NOT booked. The main area was bright and airy with excellent furniture, the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, crockery and space to store my own goods. The TV reception was brilliant and the standard channels were available digitally as well as other channels. It is close to Bookham which is a delightful village with plenty of walks and five public houses, most serving meals, I ate at the Swan Upping which was excellent. An added bonus of the garden room is the three resident ducks who provide a brilliant display of marching, searching and generally have an inquisitive side as well. The Thames is a short walk away with plenty of riverside walks so all in all a wonderful place to stay. Nick and Mikila, the hosts, are also very helpful and able to answer any questions very quickly. I will definitely be back in the garden room the next time I am in the area, providing its available!

WOW! What a wonderful few days we had at the forest cabin at Red Kite Retreats. A special weekend for our son’s first birthday and what gorgeous surroundings we were in. The cabin was spotless, beds super comfortable and the cabin had great amenities. We did some lovely walks from the cabin and chilled for the rest of our time and took in the beautiful cosy surroundings. Would highly recommend and hope to go back again one day!

Really enjoyed our stay at the bee hive. Layout was really unique and made a really enjoyable experience. Hot tub was very relaxing while looking up into the trees. Will definitely be back to try out one of Nigel’s other stays. If your thinking about it, can assure you won’t regret booking👍🏼

I have already booked to go back again for two weeks in June, that's how lovely this place is. Beautiful location, set on its own, on a farm, lovely and quiet with stunning outlook. The wood burner was very popular, Christine had already set it up ready for our arrival. Didn't get around to using the BBQ or Firepit Very comfy bed made it difficult to get up in the morning zzzz Thanks Christine and Mark for making us welcome.

We had a wonderful stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a romantic escape. There was so much to enjoy right at the accommodation—the aqua centre was a real treat, and we had great fun relaxing in the snooker room. The space was clean, cosy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in a unique location.

A simple, bright, spacious and immaculately clean studio in a peaceful setting. The village is quaint with many quiet walks and easy access to Cambridge and Saffron Walden. Elmdon also offers an opportunity to see great examples of the regions vernacular architecture, including thatched roofs, decorative pargeting, flintwork and timber framing. It's evident that hosting means more to Fiona than just money. It was a warming experience and we certainly hope to stay here again when we're back in the area.

Host made it his mission to make sure our stay was easy and stress free. The property is very nice and peaceful and the cabin itself well kept, smartly decorated and well furnished, even having a tv in the bedroom. Very friendly atmosphere, will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again.
