We found Brenda’s house a perfect place to relax as we visited family nearby for the holiday. Very comfortable bed, nice linens, great coffee makers, big walk-in shower, and lovely balcony. Thank you for letting us stay in your lake home!

The location of the home was just remote enough to where we could have some peace and quiet. We ran Pandora’s Box of Rox and loved being only 10 minutes away from the race.

Great House

The place was even better than the pictures. The water level was great, the location is unbeatable and the hosts were so kind to answer any questions and accommodate us as well as possible. I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience the lake/river area 30 min from Austin. We can’t wait to go back with more family!

The house was amazing for our fishing group. The outside pavilion was perfect for lounging around watching TV and cooking. It was awesome to be able to tie up our boats to the boat dock and fishing was great on that side of the lake. Kendell was an awesome host. This looks like our new annual guy's fishing house.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Stayed here for a relaxing weekend away and it was perfect. Close enough to everything but very serene! The house has so much charm and we loved the screened in patio and wildlife watching. Pamela was super helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back!!!

We loved our stay at this lovely lake side home! It was the perfect little getaway to spend Easter with our family. The guys really enjoyed going out in the kayak and paddle board provided and we all moved the hot tub! Would absolutely return.

This was a good value being right there on the water. The space was well organized and was spacious inside. Even when there was any issue, Robert quickly took care of it. I would definitely recommend this place for the overall value.

This was our second year at Shady Shores and as always it didn't disappoint. We had a great time!

The lake house was wonderful for my wife, son and I. We swam, fished and enjoyed the starlit dock. David was very helpful and welcoming. We will certainly be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

Ben’s place was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, the house was clean and cozy. The view was amazing!!! The ducks and deer were precious! 10/10 would recommend!!

Can I give 10 stars instead? Seriously, one of the best places we have stayed in. ON THE WATER, with a great boat dock. Everything you need plus more! Very clean, very comfortable, STARLINK internet, plus so much more. And host was absolutely FANTASTIC as icing on the cake.

Eirik’s Blue House is perfect for getting away from it all yet enjoying modern amenities in a clean, comfy home and a quiet, rural setting. We enjoyed walks on the property, our meals & time spent on the patio, bird watching & watching the full pink moon rise over the lake. Thank you, Eirik, for a lovely stay.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and myself met there to go to a wedding at a nearby venue and stayed 2 nights. This was the perfect location since we were coming from east Texas and our daughter and son-in-law were coming from the Austin area. Beautiful views and very clean home. The pool was very enjoyable, too. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend this place. We only had 4 people, but the home can accommodate plenty more. Thank you, Jessica. I haven't tried many Airbnbs but let me tell you this is by far my favorite!! The house smells relaxing like eucalyptus when you walk in. There are artsy pictures and zen decorations all around. You glide through the open layout on the nice cool modern concrete floors and find a gift bag on the counter. Nothing makes you feel more special than the note and goodies that are inside for you. The entire house is SO well stocked. Joni is thoughtful with the way she has everything. First aid kits, food, cooking gear (lots of it.) I thoroughly enjoyed utilizing the kitchen. Lets not forget about the AMAZING yard where you WILL see deer and other wildlife. It feels like you were planted in the middle of an ecosystem of beautiful creatures because well, you are! You can see the lake from the comfort of the giant patio with tons of seating. . and grillout before heading 8 mins down the road to go Kayaking. I'm obsessed. Thanks Joni for being the most inviting host!!
