We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

Ubytování a komunikace v naprostém pořádku. Do centra je to 10-15 minut chůzi. Pokud přijede vice vozy musíte počítat s parkováním jinde.

Hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft, es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Dankeschön

We enjoyed our visit and the Airbnb was beautifully decorated. We found the driveway outside the bedroom window a bit loud and the security light outside the window was bright when it came on in the middle of the night.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles, was wir besichtigen wollten, war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lenka ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat.

Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

Hatten einen kurzen, aber schönen Aufenthalt. Die Waschmaschine im Bad ist aus Platzgründen doof platziert. Vielleicht kann man an die Türe einen Dämpfer o.Ä. machen, damit man beim Öffnen der Türe nicht so gegen die Waschmaschine knallt.

L'appartement de Marie est parfait. Très propre, très cosy et confortable, notamment la literie. Au calme avec un jardin très plaisant. Marie est une hôte très à l'écoute et arrangeante (et sa maman aussi) Vous trouverez à 5min en voiture, Lipno, qui propose une très belle base de loisirs

Great place in the very center of Cesky Krumlov. We were lucky to visit in the very beginning of the season and there were not many tourists so it was quite peaceful ☺️

A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.

Bylo to nejpříjemnější ubytovaní, jaké jsme kdy na Hluboké měli, a to jsme zkusili (snad) všechny hotely a jezdíme několikrát do roka. Klid, klid během velikonoc, kdy bývá v centru rachot (což bývá i jindy a do noci, proto jsme do hotelu už nechtěli) čisťounko, k dispozici od ručníků a osušek až po misky na ranní vločky úplně vše, vše nové nebo jako nové, lednička, sporák, mikrovlnka, rychlovarná konvice a taky káva a čaj. Velká TV, příjemná pohovka, takže si nemusíte číst v posteli nebo na židli u stolu, dobře umístěné el. zásuvky v koupelně, v kuchyni i v pokoji - super, když používáte kulmu:-) a notebooky! Spousta místa na oblečení a jiné věci ve skříních. Dost místa na odložení věcí v koupelně (leckde si nemám kam dát krém, make up aj) Super sprcha. A hlavně dostatek prostoru, velká je i předsíň. Pět minut pěšky na stezku k Vltavě (na kole tak minuta), 5 minut pěšky na zmrzlinu :-), 5 minut autem do centra a k supermarketu. Úplně pohodová domluva. Určitě budeme chtít přijet zas

Een ruim en prettig appartement, met een grote tuin en dakterras (gedeeld). De kinderen hebben heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad. Michaela is super attent en lost problemen snel op.

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr sauber und übersichtlich. Uns hat alles dort gefallen. Alles war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war sehr bequem zu schlaffen und an Zubehör hat nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sogar zwei Schlüssel, was sehr praktisch war. Eine schon ruhige Umgebung. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Der Preis war angemessen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Apartment war sauber, schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Petra war super, sie hat uns bei allen offenen Fragen geholfen. Der See ist innerhalb von ca 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und super zum abschalten. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende und wir würden wieder kommen :-) Vielen Dank Petra!

Dokonale vybavený apartmán s velmi dobrým parkováním.

Využili jsme na Silvestra když jsme jeli lyžovat na Hochficht. Krásný byt v klidné lokalitě. V kuchyni jsme našli, co jsme potřebovali a obchod v dochozí vzdálenosti. Moc jsme si to užili. Armin odpovídal rychle a byl přívětivý. Rozhodně doporučujeme! Krásný zážitek☺️
