Viktoriia's apartment is just as pictured. The terrace is a few steps from the actual apartment and then you are directly on the beach. Apartment is equipped with all basic items needed for your stay. Views are amazing and the sunsets are the highlight. The restaurant next door on the beach is very conveniently located only a few meters from the terrace. The area itself has quite a few restaurants, a 7-eleven, Tops Market, massage/spas, and plenty of shops all within 3-10 minutes walk depending on where you go. You can also order Bolt/InDrive/Grab taxi if you do need further distances. There are also plenty of tour operators in the area to arrange tours or rent motorbikes. Viktoriia met me upon check-in, as she lives next door, and the process was smooth. The breakfast served is delicious with lots of home made/fresh ingredients. Viktoriia was VERY accommodating and understanding during our stay. I highly recommend this peaceful little slice of heaven and will definitely return!

Большое спасибо Уве и Тукте, за наш отличный отпуск. Дом замечательный. На самом деле, он выглядит значительно лучше, чем на фотографиях. Прекрасная гостиная с настоящей деревянной мебелью. Отличная спальня с большой кроватью. Как указано в описании, дом не оборудован кондиционерами, но так как весь дом, можно сказать, состоит из окон ))), в нем всегда прохладно. Его укрывают большие пальмы и он всегда в тени. В доме есть два мощных вентилятора, если кому-то станет жарко. Есть замечательная веранда, на которой приятно завтракать и ужинать. Очень понравилась кухня на улице))) Для самостоятельного приготовления пищи все есть (посуда, кастрюли, сковорода и т. д.), вплоть до моющих средств. Раз в неделю Тукта убирает дом, меняет белье и полотенца. Я жила в гостиницах 5 звезд, но такую прекрасную уборку вижу впервые. Дом стоит в прекрасном саду. Тишина, слышно только пение птиц. A really well presented place to stay. Really helpful having the local knowledge and would definitely stay again. Everywhere becomes accessible when using the well maintained scooters. Even though you were within the garden it felt like a private place to stay.

An amazing place to stay—highly recommended! Surrounded by nature, it’s peaceful and relaxing, with incredibly helpful staff. The best place I’ve stayed in Phuket! Just a short scooter ride from the harbor, shops, and restaurants. I’ll definitely be back. Jessie, the host, was a huge help throughout my stay.

Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber alles ist vorhanden. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Kommunikation klappte wie am Schnürchen. Dennis und sein Team waren sehr hilfsbereit inklusive Privat-Shuttle zum Bus und improvisiertem Fahrrad-Verleih. Die Anlage ist ansprechend grün und nicht weit vom schönen Yanui Beach. Man braucht irgendeinen fahrbaren Untersatz um mehr zu sehen als den Strand.

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Nächte bei Jens und haben uns super wohl dort gefühlt. Ganz klar unsere Top Nr. 1 Unterkunft in unserer zwei monatigen Thailand-Reise (wir hatten Room Nr. 5 mit dem privaten Pool👌🏼). Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen 😊 Besonders gefreut hat uns der tägliche tierische Besuch von "Grey" 🐈‍⬛.

Great value, kind host. The bed was much comfier than all the other places we stayed in Thailand, although the pillows were too thick. 711 one minute away is a huge plus. the laundry downstairs is convenient, you use a machine to pay. The restaurants nearby are really tasty. there is a dispensary downstairs nextdoor too with a cafe, so it gets loud when walking past the lobby, but the sound doesn't go to the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—just a short drive to the beautiful beaches and surrounded by plenty of shops. The accommodation itself is simple but tidy, making it a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring. I would also like to mention that the host was responsive and helpful.

Ich hatte einen grossartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Das Highlight für mich: Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bangtao MMA Gym – ideal für mein tägliches Training. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Restaurants, Shops und dem Strand. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde definitiv wiederkommen!

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, pretty private place to stay in Phuket without tons of russians around, this villa is the best choice. Surrounded by beautiful jungles, it is located close to the beach and couple of great cafes. It has couple of private rooms, but we were lucky to be the only guest for our 2-night stay. So we were enjoying a peaceful and private stay with this huge beautiful pool and hospitality of a hostess Khun M. I can highly recommend to order some dishes from her, as she is a great and experienced chef 👩‍🍳 Everything was clean, tidy and well-prepared. So we really wish to come back here later during our Thai trip :) Btw, we were with our little dog, and this place is dog-friendly and perfect for your little friend. Thank you 🙏🏽

Bungalow très sympa, assez spacieux avec un joli jardin. La salle de bain est un peu rudimentaire, dommage. Rachada est très gentille, souriante et toujours prête à aider. Elle nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. L'emplacement est très calme et bucolique. Le lit est confortable et grand. C'était très chouette.

Great, extra large room. Clean and private with your own shower and toilet. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Handy location. Great restaurants and beaches. Book a back room if you're after a quieter room. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful host.

The accomodation was very nice, for this price it's an amazing deal, absolutely beautiful area and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with coconuts from the farm and got mango sticky rice for breakfast the following morning. I definitely recommend, everything was clean and new.

Had a great stay! The room was cozy and spacious, and check-in was super easy. The host was really friendly and quick to reply 🤗 There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, and you can rent a scooter right next door to get to the beach in 5 minutes 👌

Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und check-in sowie check-out waren unkompliziert. Vasucha stellte hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung bereit. Die Unterkunft bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eignet sich gut für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Empfehlenswert.
