Check in from 2pm to 10pm unless previously agreed. Can be flexible with check in, please ask before booking. Check out by 11am. 10 mins drive to Bristol Airport, 2 mins to Coombe Lodge, 5mins to Aldwick Court Estate. Double bed, single and a trundle in lounge if required. Sleeps three for short stays.

Wendale Barn is a beautifully renovated, compact, detached building, the perfect place to relax on the edge of Cheddar. With private patio, decking and stunning views of the reservoir and Glastonbury Tor. Private, romantic, the ideal getaway, with double bed upstairs and sofa-bed in the living room; although it is open plan, so the shared space isn’t private. Access is via a run of steps up the hillside, some garden terraces are up to 1.1m high, without guardrails and there is a shallow pond.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Mead Terrace is a recently renovated terraced cottage in the heart of the popular village of Blagdon, with views over the Lake, and amazing Mendip dog walks on the doorstep. The open plan living room has a wood burner and Smart TV. We are an ideal spot for wedding guests at Coombe Lodge, which is a 5 minute walk away.

The New Inn Pub (next door) is run by Yeo Valley, offers lunch and dinner as well as breathtaking panoramic views of the lake over a drink in the gardens. The Studio is a 5 minute drive from Combe Lodge and Aldwick and a 30 minute walk away. Perfect for wedding guests. Bristol Airport is a 10 minute drive away
