An excellent stay! Amazing scenery by the river. Huge space living room and bedrooms. Excellent value for money! Host is very helpful and friendly.

We all really loved our stay here. Fantastic views from the apartment and great place to explore London from. The place was super clean and appreciated the top quality linen and towels. Kitchen was great too, with a handy coffee machine. Small grocery stores nearby were rather handy. Tip: found a Thames pedestrian tunnel 1km south so was awesome to explore Greenwich Observatory and Cutty Sark across the river.

Kappy made it very easy for us to check in by explaining and telling us if he was needed he’d be always available. Nothing more than if you are stuck. The apartment itself was incredible especially for the price and couldn’t reccomend it enough from the overview of the o2 and river Thames. Underground was close by too which helped getting into central. 30 mins max you’d be there. Check out was very simple and made it easy for us.

Location of this property was everything. We were there for C2C at the O2 and couldn't have asked for a better location. Check in was easy and the person we met was polite and gave us a choice of two apartments. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and tidy, modern and well presented. There is secure parking on site but at an additional cost of £40 a day which is not the cheapest in the area. My advice would be to look elsewhere for parking. The only criticism I have of this property is the lack of amenities. It was lacking in the basics such as plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and shower gel. All of which the listing states it provides and for the price you pay I would expect to be provided.

The apartment is sunny and spacious with a great view of the Thames. The garage was useful to securely keep our car and local transport links were good to use during our stay.

Ablle to walk to Buckingham Palace and the surrounding area is nice too. The place is nice and clean with a nice view

Eravamo due famiglie con due bambini ciascuno. Gli spazi a disposizione sono sufficienti per stare comodi (c'è da allestire il letto in soggiorno oggi notte). Nell'appartamento ci sono tutti i comfort necessari. I due bagni facilitano la convivenza di 8 persone. Il terrazzo offre una bella vista sul Tamigi. La stazione di North Greenwich è vicina e ci si arriva comodamente a piedi. All'interno della O2 arena ci sono molti ristoranti di varie tipologie. A tutti noi è piaciuto molto.

what a great quirky place, when you enter into the kitchen/breakfast area it looks compact but upstairs feels a lot bigger. would definitely return if coming back to Southend.

The Old Stable was absolutely perfect inside with everything you could possibly need and more. Beautifully clean, comfy and homely. The view from the bedroom was so lovely to wake up to and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Personal touches like eggs from Jane’s chickens and a bottle of complementary fizz were a really lovely touch. Outside in the very large patio area there were numerous seating areas around the pool and jacuzzi. The BBQ, pizza oven, chiminea and outdoor lighting meant that you could have a lovely meal and relax and unwind under the stars. A great place to relax and have a peaceful home away from home!! A very warm and friendly Jane was always on hand to answer any questions or queries. Thank you!!

We LOVE Helen’s house - it is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and so beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend Helen and her beautiful house to everyone. Thanks Helen for the bottle of champagne and chocolate you left for New Years Eve, such a lovely thoughtful gesture.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Minster-on-Sea. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully it was designed with accessibility in mind -everything was easily accessible for those with mobility issues, which made a big difference for our group. The people I was caring for really enjoyed their time there - it was smiles all round, which meant the world to me. It's refreshing to find a place that combines style, comfort, and practicality so well. I'm so glad we found this gem and would absolutely recommend it to others. I'll definitely be returning!

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

Spent 4 nights at Julia’s accommodation for my mum and dad’s 70th birthday. From the point of booking Julia was responsive to queries which made the preparation of visiting smooth. As it was a special birthday for my mum and dad I requested a balloon be placed and that I was happy to pay for this. Julia said there was no need and that they would organise this. In addition to the balloon there was also a bottle of champagne which was amazing and thoughtful. The accommodation was amazing, set over three floors which worked really nicely for 6 people. The area is so peaceful, to the extent of not believing you are in the hustle and bustle of London. It was a short distance to Canada Water which was the tube station we regularly used to head into central London. Overall, we had the best time with the accommodation being a big part of that…..thanks so much xxx

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! great place to stay. every thing was just perfect. acommodation was lovely and very clean and tidy when we arrived . breakfast was a nice touch. location was perfect for eating and going out. tom was brilliant he made sure everything was OK for are stay and always there if you needed something. recommend for anyone who wants to stay in canterbury to stay here you will not get anywhere better . lovely view of river and park right opposite.

Anthony and Samuel’s apartment is beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting London. We felt right at home. The bedroom is great, lots of sunlight during the day and with the blackout blinds and the curtains dark at night for a sound sleep. We didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it’s very well equipped and I’m sure it’s great to cook in it. We can absolutely recommend the place and would always stay again. Thanks a lot!
