National Historic Registry Home on UTC Campus Near Downtown

Winner of the Fort Wood National Historic Renovation Award, this home was built in 1891 by Major Joseph Warner, once a Civil War prisoner of War, as the carriage house for his nearby mansion. Fort Wood Flat- 1 Block from UTC

We have completely renovated the entire first floor in our home that was built in 1902. Conveniently located in the Historic Fort Wood district, one block to UTC campus and less than 2 miles to downtown Chattanooga. You will have access to the entire first floor of our home. There is a separate entrance for the long term tenants living upstairs. We provide free parking in the back of our home, for two vehicles. We do have ring doorbells on both the front and back doors for added safety.
