There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

This lakefront lot used to have a small cottage and detached garage. The cottage was removed and the garage converted into a studio apartment. This conversion has resulted in the perfect little studio that is modern and comfortable.
