It was a wonderful stay. We were a group of 5 friends. The place is exactly what is shown in the pictures. Private and peaceful place. The caretaker sarath was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Though it is not close to Vagamon, excellent home to stay and Cristo is very friendly. I can give 100 out of 100 for the home food made and services by the host. We were lucky since it was rained, so we got very good bath at the falls behind the house. Thank you for all the service

Incredible mountain views, very comfortable. Perhaps difficult if you have no transportation, and quite a long way from Munnar proper. But seemed anywhere in a 50km radius was ‘Munnar’

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spotless and offered a stunning view. The amenities were excellent — I especially appreciated the clean, well-maintained common areas and the quiet atmosphere. The overall environment was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! Special mention Manager Renjith who was very supportive and helpful at every moment.

Tobin and team are wonderful. The stay was at a very nice location, though a bit far from the city but had the calmness and peaceful surroundings we were looking for. Tobin was extremely polite and helped us to reach the local attractions and visit the tiger reserve.

Joby's place is a great place to stay if you're opting for some peaceful private vacation. The house has all the basic amenities. One thing to keep in mind is to plan your food requirements. Recommended to pack your groceries if you can cook as they have kitchen with gas stove and utensils or you can purchase in the nearby shop ( Timings are important ). Hotels are not very accessible but Joby/host will arrange if you're not in a position to cook. Other than that the place Mankulam is so rich that is filled with nature and beautiful people. Do visit once.
