Converted in 2018, Grade II listed The Lodge at Bridge House is a boutique, self-contained, 2 storey accommodation in central Petersfield, a market town in the heart of the South Downs. Attached to our family home but with private entrance and off-street parking, The Lodge offers guests a stylish living/dining area, a comfortable galleried king bedroom upstairs and outdoor seating area. Ideally located for Chichester Cathedral, Chichester Festival Theatre (CFT), New Park Cinema, Pallant House Gallery and St. Richard's Hospital. Also well positioned for Goodwood, Chichester Marina, Bosham, Dell Quay and the Witterings. Guaranteed free parking for ONE vehicle is included in your stay, either on our driveway - small to medium-size - or on-street for larger vehicle (permit provided).

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood, Chichester and Arundel. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
