I felt l was the luckiest to come across with a person like Xenia, she was so kind, hospitable, warm hearted and so thoughtful that she welcomed us at the port and supported us about any kinds of transportation with her husband. Me, my husband and my little daugher felt like we were home. Thanks a million to those one of a kind people for offering us not only a perfect holiday with a wonderful sea and mountain view but also with their friendly and kind attitude. Hope to see you again 💐

This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place. It was exceptionally clean and well organized, and it was a great location for everything we wanted to do on the island. I would definitely stay here again.

First of all, the house is in a position overlooking the bay. The house was very clean, our room had a large balcony with a great view. An ideal place to relax. Thanks again to Angelano, who works at Jason's place, for his help and hospitality.

This place is a hidden Gem on Xios. The staff is over the top attentive and responsive. Aggelos and his culinary team are better than butlers from some of the top resorts I have stayed at. Whatever you want and whenever you want they accommodate. Literally just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island and you literally have the beach to yourself. A couple of nice tavernas with authentic Greek Island cuisine within a 5 minute walk as well. The views of the ocean are immense from your large balcony. Morning for sunrise and evening cocktails on the balcony were our daily routines. You’re so close to the ocean the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep nightly. I can’t’ say enough about the beautiful location, views and modern and clean accommodations. A little expensive for Chios but if you’re looking for R&R in a beautiful location and setting this is it. I could spend 2 weeks here and never leave the property. Wonderful family owned business!

Kyriaki has a big heart and she welcomed us with kind words and shared many recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and sites. Her traditional stone home is on a beautiful street close to the square. It waa a magical place to stay!

The location is right in the center, overlooking the square with lovely restaurants. You can walk everywhere in the city center. We stayed for 3 nights and prepared our own breakfast; everything in the kitchen was sufficient. Everything was super clean. There was an iron, hairdryer, toaster, coffee machines, and shampoo—everything we needed. Overall, we were very satisfied. Before our stay, John sent us all the necessary information. We also want to thank him for the complimentary food and drinks, which were very nice.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

Nice house on Komi beach, fully equipped and organised. Hosts always helpful and kind. We will come back again

This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Chios. The location was perfect for being able to explore the different areas around Chios. The neighborhood was quiet and peacful. The view from the balcony was amazing. There was a beach and several restaurants within walking distance. We had been traveling for 2 weeks we when we arrived so we really appreciated the washer and dryer. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had! Thanks for a great stay!

Cok tatli bir köyün icinde harika tasarlanmis bu evde 6 gün kaldik ve ev gercekten huzur doluydu; Gece ses yok, deliksiz uyku cekebilirsiniz. Evin icinde ihtiyacimiz olan her sey düsünülmüstü. Ev sahibi cok dusunceliydi. Kaldigimiz sure icinde bize bir suru onerilerde bulundu. Bir turist olarak bulamayacagimiz bilgiler verdi. Köyün yerlileri cok guler yuzlu insanlar. Meydandaki cafe Fig de aksamlari oturup kahvemizi yudumlarken köyun insanlarini izlemek ve ingilizce bilen genclerle sohbet etmek gercekten cok guzeldi. Gunduz köy cok sakin ama aksam cogu kisi disarida oluyor, guzel oluyor. Koydeki insanlarin Damla sakizi toplamak icin gece 3 de kalktiklarini, bu yuzden oglen de uyuduklarini bir tatli genc kizdan ogrenmistim. Biz araba kiraladik ve ev sahibi bize cok yardimci oldu araba bulmamiza. Size de tavsiye ederim Gerontelis rental car tercih ettik ve sahibi cok tatli, yardimci bir adamdi. Cok uyguna kiraladik. Iki cocuk Ile gayet rahat ve kesifli bir tatil oldu bizim icin.
