This location (a 2BHK) apartment located at 3rd floor is just PERFECT choice for families who visit CMC Hospital Ranipet for treatments and consultations. Ample parking space, Elevator, peaceful neighborhood, 11min drive from ranipet campus, just 100mtrs away from NH road. All basic amenities, ideal for 2-5 days stay or even a month, restaurants 100mtrs away, grocery market at walkable distance, well maintained furniture, security guard available all the time at the premises, I absolutely had a very relaxing experience at Jayaprasad's premises. The POCs Surendra and Balaji were very helpful and guided us with several clarifications and information when needed. Thank you Sir for your support all through. No doubt, this will be my first choice of stay in Ranipet, Vellore, whenever I visit CMC Hospital.

Likitesh is a positive host with timely guidance and approachable behaviour. First of all, we felt very safe here. Secondly it’s in a good location and easy to find. Good Restaurants nearby and Park opposite to location. Really enjoyed staying here. Support staff were good and cordial. Thanks for a good host.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this duplex homestay with our family. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids had a great time playing with the available toys, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals and avoid outside food. The property offers excellent privacy and a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for families. All the electronic amenities, including the AC and geysers, worked flawlessly. Nice calm place. We stayed while visiting CMC Ranipet and so convenient. Just 2Km from there. No shops at walkable distance but Swiggy and others deliver and so no issue. Comfortable to park infront of house Host is responsive and allowed flexible check in and check out

The place was on the rooftop which was really cool and it had an excellent view. Could see the hills in the rain. The host also sorted me out with a great travel service that helped me do the Darshan in reasonable price. I had a great trip and a big thank you to the host for making my trip a success.

It is as described and same as shown in photos. One can view the Tirumala hill from the balcony all the time. Just 2.5 km from the bus stand and railway station. Mr Viswa is a responsible host.

We stayed for one night with my family, and we loved it. We also enjoyed a homemade dinner, which was great. The place is just as described; it's not fancy, but very functional and conveniently located near Horsley Hills. We were attending an interview at Rishi Valley School and needed a place to stay for the night, and this accommodation was perfect for us.

Very Nice Place. good Apartment. lift always working. kitchen is good. ee were in Flat 6A. door of Veranda cannot be Locked. pleawe repair it. will book it again when in Vellore.

Great place to stay and good staff. the location in the Google Maps was misleading. the staff responded and guided to correct location. only con was the Geyser will work only on a sunny day.
