We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

You won't find a prettier beach in Destin than the one right across the street from our condo. It's private access, available only to guests of our condominium. It's less than 300 steps from our door to the white sand and emerald water. If you step out onto the balcony, you get a wonderful peekaboo view of the water. You can also glimpse the water from the couch.
