I realy enjoyed my first air b and b stay with Cindy at stag cottage. the hamper of provisions was usefull, and meeting her kittens was a lovely extra treat. the whole holiday allowed me to unwind fully and have quality time with my son, we made the most of the heathland, woods and beaches and I reconnected with an inner peace I have not felt in many years. Thank you so much.

Second time staying here, it was splendid, the view is great, the property is clean and comfortable. The hot tub is a wonderful addition. We would definitely recommend this for a break

We have just spent the Easter weekend at this wonderful cottage - 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, and I have to say that Joel & Gaby’s place near the new forest is absolutely fabulous. Very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a getaway with a hot tub and table tennis in the garden. The cottage is in a great location, about 10 min drive to Paultons Park with peppa pig world so an absolute must for kids. It’s also not far from the new forest itself and Lyndhurst town. It was really tidy & clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We were left a lovely gift on arrival of fresh bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of Prosecco which was an absolute treat! I couldn’t recommend this cottage more - thank you Joel & Gaby we had a fabulous time and would stay again in future.

The hosts were helpful from the moment we booked our stay. We were given clear instructions on where to arrive and were greeted as soon as we pulled into the carpark. They explained all the necessary information and answered all of our questions and were very helpful. They were always available if we had any queries and gave plenty of local recommendations for food and activities. We would 100% recommend and would be more than happy to book again.

The Stables Cottage is set in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for exploring the surrounding area. During our stay, we visited the New Forest, Salisbury (using the conveniently located Park and Ride), Bournemouth, and the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard—all easily accessible by road.

Very lovely hosts and the place in general is lovely for little families. The property has a very safe enclosed garden which is perfect if you've got little ones. The property is on the grounds of their own property which is something to be mindful of if you're expecting complete privacy. My only negative is that the basic necessities like tea/coffee/sugar are not provided to give you that little head start if you've travelled a long journey. That being said, the place is a beautiful little getaway x

A perfect find for a relaxing weekend with friends. This place was spotless, peaceful, spacious, filled with everything you could possibly need, and in a perfect location. We really appreciated the instructions written throughout the house, it meant there was no room for confusion and we didn't have a reason to message the host all weekend as they'd covered everything. We will absolutely be coming back.

We had a lovely couple of nights at The Bothy! What a beautiful cottage and part of the New Forest! I have stayed in a few different parts and this was my favourite. I think I saw more donkeys than ever before which was a real treat as they are one of my favourite animals. Lots of other wildlife around too and some lovely pubs that did great food (and cocktails!) were in walking distance too, which was great. Chrissy goes that extra mile with some really nice touches inside the cottage, including a really beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers. The bed was very comfortable and you’re spoilt for choice with the hot tub and a beautiful roll top bath within. She is close by and very responsive with any queries too. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Thank you for opening your home for our family. We had a lovely stay. Great location with gorgeous views. Care package of Milk, sugar, tea, coffee & biscuits was lovely. Had a lovely weekend in Lulworth Cove. Seafield house was cosy well equipped & clean, really easy to find and gain access and a small stroll to local shop, pubs , chip shop coffee shops and the cove. Perfect for families & great for long walks. A little worn in places but homely. 1 recommendation would be change pillows they were old flat & worn. If you plan on eating dinner out be sure to book ahead not lots of options & gets very busy. Castle Inn Pub was the best restaurant for dinner & Finleys fish & chips were delicious 😋

beautiful setting, great local pub. lots to do in area. great garden, suited us great with our 3 year old, she loved running around the garden. couldn't think of any negatives to the house, it was perfect. good location for day trips to tank museum, Peppa pig world and farmer Palmers farm.

We loved the cottage. It was so comfortable and his added touches were noticed : breakfast basket, milk, music, games, fireplace, lit candles welcomed us, beautiful table setting . Beds were comfortable and pillows were perfect. The only problem was initially getting in. There was a code change and we hadn't been notified. It was settled quickly.

Truely stunning stay. Such a beautiful home and location. Would recommend for a family stay as little ones loved the toys, charm and ample space.

We had a lovely two night stay in Ian’s cottage. Everything you could need with a beautiful, peaceful courtyard and comfy bed and sofa to relax. The cottage has been really well thought out and makes for a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the local walks and pubs! We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The cottage was comfortable and nicely furnished. We loved the rural location which was also in reach of all the attractions the Island has to offer. The bathroom is within the bedroom which wouldn't suit everyone, but fine for us. We would recommend for a peaceful break.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. A beautiful location, with walks for the dogs along the tow path into Wareham, where there are pubs and restaurants. The accommodation was perfect, the enclosed courtyard allowing the stable door to be opened in the warm weather, which we were very lucky to experience during our holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed, an ice box in the fridge allowed ice packs & ice cubes to be stored for lunchtime picnics. Thank you for hosting us.

Very welcoming home, full instructions for cold days and heating. 2 bathrooms a bonus. Parking in the layby at the front of the property, never a problem to park. Easy walk into Swanage centre. Pubs, corner shops, fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant 10 minutes away. Good communication.

A really great house for our New Forest visit. Managed a couple of very enjoyable gravel bike rides along the coast and through the forest. This is a great base for exploring the forest.

Me and my girlfriend loved our stay at Harbour Cottage in Cowes. The living room and kitchen were spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Easy walking distance from the centre of Cowes and everything we needed for our stay. Host was helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. A lovely stay and would recommend! Abby Barletta

Lovely place to stay, plenty of space. Bedroom an especially nice space. Good bathroom, with advantage of an additional downstairs loo. New Forest was beautiful and the cottage is in a really good spot. Surprising downside, an old fashioned, non smart TV. DVDs were supplied, but this did seem a strange oversight.

Cathia was an incredible host and made me feel so welcome. I was staying with my bridesmaids for my wedding and Cathia made the trip extra special. She is super responsive and her place is beautiful! Thank you so much!

Had a lovely stay at The Cot in Lymington. Was very cosy & comfortable. Walkable distance into the town. Comfortable bed & clean bathroom/kitchen. Would recommend. Thank you!

Lucy is a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly too. The cottage is in a great location and it's easy to get to the local shops and restaurants. Parking is easy and the cottage has everything you need and more. It's a lovely place to stay.

We had a really lovely stay at the cottage. Joanne was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The setting is great and we really loved having the tea shop across the road! Joanne also kindly let our children use the play area of the campsite. Lots of great things to do nearby. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our time in Sway and would recommend this as a great apartment and location to stay in. Communication before, during and after our stay was great, with the hosts answering any questions that we had. The accommodation was spotless throughout and was really well furnished. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to visit the area.
