We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per mia mamma e mio fratello, sono stati entusiasti sia della location che dall’aspetto umano dei proprietari, è stato come sentirsi a casa, consigliato vivamente per chi volesse ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per rilassarsi e staccare un po’ dal quotidiano

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

El apartamento de Roberto y Sonia es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto, muy limpio y perfectamente cuidado. Se nota la dedicación en cada detalle. Muy atentos con las intolerancias alimentarias, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Además, mostraron una gran flexibilidad con los horarios de llegada y salida, algo que valoramos muchísimo y hizo todo mucho más cómodo. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendaríamos con los ojos cerrados.

Nous avons passé des jours très agréables à l'appartement de Paola. C'est propre, fonctionnel, bien situé près d'un minimarket et surtout du minimétro de Perugia qui est une merveille. Les communications étaient faciles et Paola, très disponible. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Si nous retournions à Perugia, nous louerions au même endroit.

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Emplacement idéal, grand jardin, magnifique vue sur le oliviers pour le coucher de soleil. Très joli appartement, récemment rénové, fonctionnel et au calme. Rossano est extrement sympathique, nous a fourni de nombreuses explications sur les randonnées à proximité. Il produit également son propre vin et sa propre huile d'olive de très bonne qualité. L'appartamento di Antonello è comodissimo per visitare Perugia a piedi essendo a pochi passi dal centro storico della città. Da qui si possono visitare anche le altre zone in poco tempo in auto. Antonello è molto cordiale a professionale e ci siamo trovati a nostro agio nella sua casa. Essendo anche noi host a Venezia, abbiamo condiviso informazioni e problematiche legate nostro lavoro; i consigli sono sempre ben accetti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!
