Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Annalisa est une hôtesse charmante. Elle est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de petits conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le logement était spacieux et impeccable . Les extérieurs sont agréables. La place de stationnement est un plus . Une station de bus se trouve juste à côté du logement ainsi qu’un grand supermarché . C’est très pratique .

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad met vrienden in Tarano. De communicatie liep vlot, het huis was in orde, de airco was een pluspunt en het zwembad was zeer aangenaam. 1 klein minpunt: er zijn geen parasols aanwezig zoals zichtbaar op de foto’s. Zeker een aanrader om hier te vertoeven.

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay near Rome! Very easy access to all Rome has to offer and still being peaceful and private!

L'immeuble est calme et bien situé, proche des transports (bus), commerces, cafés et restaurant, à quelques minutes à pieds du Colisée. The accommodation was nice and clean. Georgia and her boyfriend were nice and helpful. She accommodated us with a late arrival due to a delayed flight. She also prepared a sweet snack for us. We recommend this accommodation.

Claudia and Fabio were amazing hosts. The week before our stay they were in constant contact helping arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. On the way from the airport to the flat Fabio gave us a ride and a little tour. The flat was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to Vatican City and walkable to everything we needed. If we get to Rome again we will definitely stay here. Cannot recommend them enough. Also we’re very responsive to questions and proactive with messages. Plus they gave us a gift basket and a gift for our five year olds birthday. They go above and beyond! Simply amazing!

It was a pleasure staying at this lovely apartment in the Prati neighborhood of Rome for five nights. The location is fantastic – a truly nice and quiet area, yet with the convenience of excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a short stroll away. We especially enjoyed Fratelli Rossetti, a wonderful recommendation from Antonella! Getting around Rome from here was a breeze. We found it easy to reach all the major sights by bus or Metro, not to mention the Vatican City which was within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and it had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a nice meal or simply relax in the evenings after a day of exploring. Our host, Antonella, is exceptional. She proactively provided us with a wealth of helpful tips, which truly enhanced our stay in Rome. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Alessandra's place is in a wonderful neighborhood for seeing the sites in Rome. With a cafe across the street and good restaurants nearby, it was very convenient. Walkable to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. One great thing, is that the apartment faces the courtyard so no street noise so it was quiet even though it was on a busy pedestrian street. I recommend it.

Appartement conforme en tout points à l’annonce. Nedim a été très réactif et attentionné à mes demandes et questions. Très bon emplacement proche du métro pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Rome. Environnement un peu bruyant mais c'est normal pour un centre ville. Merci à Alissa et à sa maman pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Es un alojamiento agradable y con lo necesario para una larga estancia. Encuentras cerca la parada de autobús y tren. Lugares cercanos para comer y tiendas cercanas para comprar alimentos y otros artículos. La atención de ella y estar al pendiente en todo momento nos agrado mucho. saludos

Excelente estancia en casa de Anna! El departamento estaba super limpio y fácil de ingresar con las llaves en la caja de entrada. Esta muy cerca de la estación de bus y varias líneas pasan por ahí. Anna siempre estuvo atenta, nos recomendó cosas q hacer, restaurantes en la zona y en Roma. Gracias Anna por abrirnos las puertas de tu hermoso departamento!

O apartamento era bastante próximo da estação Termini. Nicola nos recebeu e nos deu algumas orientações. O local era espaçoso e com todas as comodidades descritas no anúncio. Foi tudo perfeito! Nos sentimos em casa! Nicola também foi flexível no check out e nós o agradecemos muito por isso.

Had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

Nearby to the Metro Station, a lot of stores nearby, responsive host with a lot of recommendation.

Mara was an incredibly gracious host who accommodated our late check out and made it feel like home. She was very responsive and went as far to make a reservation for us on our first night there. The place was clean and she gave a full tour. The place had two balconies perfect to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. The place is walking distance to the Tram 8 which takes you to Trastevere, a foodies dream location, and the metro down a few streets. There are little markets all around for fruit and snacks if you need. A great place to stay that is away from the tourism hustle and bustle but close enough you don't waste time commuting to any and all the sights. Would 100% stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! C'est notre deuxième séjour chez Luca. Nous apprécions beaucoup la localisation à la fois proche de la gare et assez proche de sites touristiques comme le Colisée et le Capitole. La rue est calme et pratique. Commerces et restos à proximité. J'aime l'allure vieillotte de l'endroit. Un grand portique, quatre bâtiments entourant une cour, des balcons donnant sur l'intérieur (ça me fait penser à Sofia Loren et Marcello Mastroianni dans Une journée particulière). L'appartement contient de vieux meubles et beaucoup de livres, dvd et cd. Les murs sont décorés de belles gravures. L'appartement est petit mais convient bien à deux personnes pour un court séjour. La minuscule cuisine est assez complète. Ses armoires font penser à une brocante, beaucoup de choses en double ou en triple, certaines belles et d'autres moins. La salle de bain est très bien. Quelques bémols: La minuscule télé ne servant qu'aux dvd, le confort du mobilier. Par contre, le wifi est excellent. Merci Luca et Sofia.
