We had a wonderful stay. The home is stocked with everything you need for cooking, spices, etc. And everything is very clean and with modern amenities. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is right next to a Whole Foods, which helped with packing picnics during our vacation. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying at the lodge! Everything was tidy and clean, and the hosts including bean were great! We had some car issues and asked the hosts for help and even tho they were out we got an immediate response and a couple minutes later they were there to help us.

We had a fantastic stay. We love the location by the trailhead in a quiet neighborhood with great views. Nice open floor plan. Spacious kitchen. Nice to have a useable garage. The covered porch was ideal on warm, sunny days. The hosts were very responsive.

We came for spring break with another family - 4 adults and 5 kids total, ranging from 2 years old to 8 years old. The place was perfect for our group. The kids spent most of their day outside playing near the creek, catching lizards, building sand castles, and enjoying the hot tub. We BBQed almost every night. The house isn't really walkable to easy shopping or dining, but we weren't there for that. We drove to different hiking spots (Grasshopper and West Fork were great for our group - leave the house by 9am or after 2:30pm otherwise traffic is terrible). Walmart delivered to the house and there are three other grocery stores within 15 mins. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend this place and hope we get to go back! Thank you for the memories.

Somehow the place was even better than the already stunning photos. I’ve stayed at almost 20 Airbnb’s and this was my favorite. The peacefulness of the location and the at home feeling when in the house was amazing. Sedona can get busy and parking can be challenging, so just having the option to walk to Chapel of the Holy Cross and the Mystic Trail while being parked at the house was a huge bonus! I’ve already recommended this place to all my friends. The attention to detail and the amenities in the house were above and beyond anything I’d ever imagined

One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. The cabin was wonderful and peaceful. The furnishings and bedding were very comfortable - best night's sleep away from home that we can remember. The enclosed yard was secure and perfect for our dog.

One of the best stays we experienced so far in Sedona. Paul’s place had a lot of history and I can tell he really cares about his guests. He is the most responsive host I’ve ever communicated with and was very proactive. His place is very walkable to uptown Sedona and really has OMG amazing views almost anywhere in the house. The pool table was awesome and I can tell Paul is a wine connoisseur with a lot of vintage stuff all over his beautiful home.

This was a great place for our stay in Sedona! Beautiful views from the living room, and stocked with plenty of amenities. Would stay here again 10/10!

We had a lovely time staying with Iona & Huib. From the welcome tour to the helpful responses, we had a great time. It was a little cooler weather so we didn’t get to use all of the amenities but we took advantage of the hiking trails behind the property, all of their local recommendations and throughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. We would recommend it for the sunrises, the stars & the serenity.

Shirley provided great instructions on how to get to the house from the city. Answered any questions we had. The location and everything included was perfect. Perfect place close enough to sights.

This was the perfect place to explore the areas are Sedona and cottonwood, without being in the mayhem of Sedona. It was 90 during the day but we never even had to turn the air on. Theres a little cat that comes by to say hi every morning and evening and that was the topper for me. Clean, everything you need, and the linens all smelled so clean!

We found this apartment convenient, clean, and quiet. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was updated and in working order. The large shower with rain shower head was a dream! Nice big windows kept it bright, but good shades for sleeping. We’d stay here again!

I absolutely loved staying at the Storybook Schoolhouse 1! The location is perfect - literally minutes away one can explore Clarkdale, Jerome, and Cottonwood! Not to mention, Sedona is only 15 minutes away! Wendy is an exceptional Host! She was so incredibly helpful in offering assistance and guidance during my six week stay at her lovely Schoolhouse! I couldn't have asked for a better Host! Thank You, Wendy!

Beautiful views with nice patio to enjoy coffee or wine. Nice small touches like water, coffee available for us. The bed was comfy not too firm. Of course perfect location to walk everywhere. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The 1900 suite was perfectly situated in the historic district just off the main square area so a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops of whiskey row and courthouse square. It was far enough away it was peaceful. We brought our pup and the house had dog blanket and dishes and gated courtyard to make her feel st home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to make a meal. Great hosts - would stay again.

We loved staying at this villa and will definitely be back! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was in a great location close to everything. Claudine was great and very helpful.

Perfect for our 3 family retreat. Plenty of living space and beds for 6 adults, 1 child and 1 infant (pa k and play provided). Close to town, gorgeous view, nice furnished patio.

Cannot say enough good things about this home. It was better than we could have imagined! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and huge! All the rooms were spacious and adorable. The view is incredible and the back patio is a perfect place to socialize with everyone. Jennifer was a wonderful host and was extremely responsive. Everything was perfect!!

Such wonderful hosts. They were so kind and helpful with everything from checking in to providing information on services in town. Excellent communication and very laid back which was so appreciated.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Claudine hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und blitzsauber. Das Apartment war superschön und mit Stil eingerichtet. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Gegend ist sicher und man konnte sogar zu Fuss einkaufen gehen (Whole Foods Market in Gehdistanz). Claudine war sehr kommunikativ und hat immer sehr rasch auf Nachrichten von uns reagiert. Wir wurden kurz vor unserer Abreise vom Schnee überrascht und es gab einige Strassensperren. Claudine war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns eine andere Route zum Flughafen empfohlen, damit wir sicher zum Flughafen fahren konnten. Wir würden wieder in dieses Appartment kommen.

The home absolutely stunning and in a great location with easy access to shopping, dining, hiking and sightseeing. If you like wineries and exploring interesting shops, it’s all very close. Old Town Cottonwood and Jerome are easy to get to and Sedona is only a 35 min drive away!

Raven is an angel. If you are called out to Arizona for spiritual guidance, this is the place to go. I cannot begin to explain the welcome I received, and I've been in awe ever since.
