Charming 3-bedroom Shore Side cottage

Inside this cottage you will find three bedrooms. One with two twin beds, another is located on a screened in porch with a twin. The master is a king bed with an amazing view of the mighty St Lawrence River. The screened in porch is an amazing place to have dinner and watch the sunset. There is plenty of seating out on the deck. Gas grill is there for your use. There is another cottage in close proximity, there may be people around the driveway and dock area. We do allow pets there is a fee:

This cottage is perfectly located for you and your friends and family to enjoy. With its extra large windows this luxury but homey cottage was designed for star gazing and watching the sunset from the comfort off the living room or its beautiful 10 foot kitchen island.

Smugglers Getaway on the St. Lawrence River

Enjoy your privacy in this waterfront cabin in the historic Smugglers Cove on the St. Lawrence River in the heart of the 1000 Islands. You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Location is ideal for Weddings and Docking in French Bay - Across the street from French Bay Marina with sunset views. Walk 100 yds to the Antique Boat Museum or grab a pizza and beer at the Wood Boat Brewery. Having a wedding in Clayton this summer - this home would serve as the perfect spot for family and guests. Great for launching at Mary Street Boat ramp and they have docking spaces there to rent. We having parking for up to 2 boats and trailers behind our house.

Central location- footsteps away to water access Walking distance to River golf and Clayton distillery 5 min drive to Clayton, 10 minutes to Alex Bay, both have several excellent restaurants and water views as well as gift shops. Several boat rental/ free launch options near by Spacious home with plenty of sleeping, outdoor seating, and yard for games and activities. New for 2026 More floors have been redone, all new lights throughout the place and EV charging!

Beautiful home on the St. Lawrence river with a sweeping backyard and stunning sunset views. Waterfront perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The center of town is a short walk away and the light house where lake and river meet is just 2 miles away.

Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
