Step into our 1-bedroom apartment in Morrissville, NC, where we've crafted a cozy haven with vibrant, coffee house-inspired decor. The moment you enter, you'll be greeted by a burst of colors that breathe life into every corner of this charming space. You're just a short 10 minute drive to RDI Airport, and 15 minutes to all major universities in the triangle. With a 24 hour concierge, fully stocked kitchen, and dedicated workspace w/ high speed wifi come enjoy this oasis for work and pleasure!

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.

This brand-new apartment is located in the lower level of our home. You will have your own private entrance with keyless self-check-in and designated parking in the driveway.
