The house at No. 1

A lovely 5 bedroom house in the heart of Havelock North with views out over Tainui Reserve and out to the mountains. Just a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the village. The 4 main bedrooms open out onto an expansive deck. Storage for bikes, golf clubs and other equipments is available in our garage next door. Enjoy a BBQ on the beautiful deck after a day enjoying the wineries and other attractions of Hawke’s Bay. We have tried to provide everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Barrons on the Beach

Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Within walking distance, is the Ahuriri Shopping Centre & a quaint movie theatre. Also along the waterfront are many restaurants and bars. There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are downstairs with a 2nd bathroom.

Home away from home! 3 bedroom house, fully fenced, private, spacious, 5 mins to hastings city, 5 mins to Hawkes Bay Arts and Event centre (opera house), 5 minutes to Havelock North, family friendly, entry via lock box, the 4th and 5th bedroom is a sleep out detached from the house and is available if booking for 4+ people. you need to walk through one room to get to the other. 2 toilets and 1 shower.. there are 2 security cameras operating outside. these will be turned off after check-in.

Pandora View

Pandora view is a great place to locate yourself while exploring the many local attractions. Very close to Westshore beach & Beach Inn, Hawkes Bay Airport, Ahuriri restaurants and bars, walkways/cycleways and wineries. Set over the bottom level of the house - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and living/kitchenette - everything you need. It has its own entrance, off street (carport) parking with a Cafe, Fish & Chip Shop, Pharmacy and Dairy across the road - perfect for last minute necessities.

Executive Home by The Sea, 4 Bedrooms.

This stylish place is a perfect stay for a small group or family trips. Digital Nomads please feel free to enquire . Westshore Beach is directly across the road with awesome views. The locality is ideal for surfcasting, swimming , cycling or walking. We have a strictly no party policy and No Smoking inside the house. There is also the option to rent a 2 bedroom cottage located behind the main house (Pals Cottage) listed on Airbnb . A spa is available for separate hire.
