Kiki's "Pharmacy"- Cozy Studio near city center

In a quite and well known residential neighborhood, very near to the city center, this place was born after self redecorating//renewing the former family pharmacy. Inside you can find some old items brought to life and saved from my grandmother, which bring a vintage look /air to the place. Cleaning and disinfection is always done after each guest in an A+ manner and in great detail by myself. Since I am prone to "always" redecorating, there might be new objects being added, in the future.

Hello future guests! Welcome to Downtown Memo, a big two-bedroom plus living room apartment right in the middle of Cluj-Napoca. It's on the second floor of an historical building with high ceilings (no elevator). The place is roomy (107 sqm or 1150 sqft) and surprisingly quiet because of the positioning in the interior courtyard.You're super close to the main square, central park, museums, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, and the bus station. Looking for the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy life for a few days? You got it! A very comfortable, quiet, secure and cozy place right in the heart of old town. The apartment is a smart home. It has integrated home automation features and Siri (the Apple assistant ” to rule them all” One of the many features that you can enjoy is a ”floating bed”. It comes with two remote controls to adjust your position. The kitchenette is fully equipped and bathroom also. Coffee is on the house!

Located in a beautiful 19th century building, the apartment has a spectacular architecture, with high, vaulted ceilings. It has a living room, 2 separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and a large terrace which opens to the garden, where you can have your morning coffee :) We have available only 1 parking place in our internal courtyard, and is free. Most of the city attractions are very close by, so it is a perfect base to explore the city :)

Accessible for people with disabilities The apartment is also accessible by elevator, with no steps at the entrance and a door wide enough for a wheelchair. All common areas are easily accessible, without major obstacles.
