I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed.. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building. Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Key fabs available in order to freely enter and exit the building after check in. The World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University, and CNN are also in the neighborhood. 2 MARTA stations are close by. Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. Cross the street to encounter well-known Atlanta eateries such as Mary Mac's Tea Room, Pappi's, and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking.
