The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (13 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!

3rd floor gulf front condo with amazing panoramic views. Perfect for couples and small families. The bedroom has a king bed with sliding door to balcony which is enjoined by the living room where there is a queen sofa bed. There is a dining area, full kitchen and 1 bathroom. You have access to 3 beach front pools, outdoor games & fitness center. Pineapple Willie's is RIGHT NEXT DOOR! Whether sitting on the beach or the balcony this is the place to unwind and watch the sun melt into the horizon.

Welcome to the Shores of Panama, the most gorgeous, popular, and fun Resort. Best of all we are on the 3rd floor where you may get to skip long, busy elevators! Your reserved parking is on the same 3rd floor in the garage ramp where your unit is :) Our unit has 2nd general parking spot in the same garage. Spread out over 2 Bedrooms AND extra Bunk-room with privacy curtains. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full bathroom. This condo sleeps 8. W/D in the apartment. Make great memories here

One of the rare bigger units in the Sunbird building. Beachfront/ground floor option!! Just walk out onto the beautiful deck either towards the three welcoming pools or towards the sugary sand and beautiful turquois beach. Or just lounge around on the condo’s new couch and new king size tempurpedic bed. Or, baking in a full sized kitchen while catching up with memories. Minimum age to reserve is 25.
