We really enjoyed our stay at The Gardeners Cottage. A very quirky place to stay. Great breakfast provisions and Michael was very easy to communicate with. Plenty to keep you entertained if you would have some extra time in the area. Great selection of books and magazines. Would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in this area.

We absolutely love Wye River Ocean View Retreat. The place is clean, the view is magical, and Wye River is so so peaceful. Annie and John are super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. This was our second time staying and we would love to come back a third time!

This was a lovely accommodation for our family over Easter. There were a few minor things that came up that Louise rectified immediately and was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Our kids loved the outdoor area and toys. Thanks for having us in your home.

Peaceful Pines Country Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at Jan’s place! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to show us around the property, which was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. Jan went above and beyond to accommodate us and our pup—she provided everything from a dog bed to wipes, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. The cottage and gardens were absolutely immaculate. It’s clear Jan takes great pride in the space, and it really shows in every detail. We especially loved relaxing in the sauna and outdoor bath after a long day of driving—such a perfect way to unwind. Sunny was a definite highlight too! We couldn’t recommend this stay more. Thank you, Jan, for such a memorable and comfortable experience!

Great place, really big and comfortable - better than the photos. The house was really well set up for kids - big enclosed yard, lots of books, toys and board games for wet weather, and a bath to warm up after a beach day turns chilly. Easy walk to everything - beach, coffee, kid friendly skate park

The cottage was so tranquil with a lovely bush aspect off the balcony to enjoy your wine in the afternoon and coffee in the morning while being arranged by the various bird life. The wood fire place was cosy and warm once the sun went down. The view from the sunken tub was also such a bonus. Emma had thought of everything to make things comfortable like coffee pod machine, lovely linen, aromatherapy and pantry essentials. Would definitely stay again here; such a beautiful part of Southern Victoria.

A well designed and equipped house, positioned perfectly, with a lovely view over paddocks to the sea, morning sunshine in the generous open living area and wide deck, with great bird life outside (satin bower birds and fairy wrens included.) Heating is more than adequate if you can't bring wood (but it would have been great to have wood for the fire). Dog friendly lawn space is great, but be aware fence is low and topped with barbed wire. If you have mobility issues, note that access requires a climb of many steep steps to the front door (not shown on plan or in images) and bedroom with en suite is down several steps (as shown).

Our hostess Lisa was always contactable for any information required. very professional and friendly. the home was exactly what we expected. easy walking distance to fantastic beach, cafes and supermarket. a fabulous relaxing getaway. highly recommend.

The Bush Barn was perfect for our extended family holiday. The living area is even bigger than the photos show and the indoor woodfire was a great addition. The games kept everyone entertained for hours. Having an ensuite attached to each bedroom was terrific. The little kids loved collecting eggs from the chicken coop each day. Abbey was a great host and very responsive. Thanks for having us!

We had a lovely stay in Carolyn’s loft with an amazing view of the ocean over the Great Ocean Road and the apartments as a whole was clean, cozy and had everything you’d need for your stay. Would recommend and will definitely come back again!

My partner and I absolutely adored this place! It’s small and cozy and very therefore romantic we found! The bedroom is only separated by curtains leaving the space open as a studio space and was a lovely way to feel close and connected! We only stayed a couple nights but honestly wish we’d stayed at least a week!

Susan’s apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our getaway. It was the perfect location, close to the shops and restaurants but off the main strip so it is not noisy. Susan was very responsive, provided lots of information and even checked in with us as soon as the power went out (for a few seconds). The early check in and late check out were a bonus!

Very nice place with all necessary amenities provided. Great location and easy to find. The property provides a nice view of the ocean, calm and relaxing, but you cannot access the beach. Overall the stay was pleasant with very prompt communication. The property made us feel very welcomed. Will recommend this place to others who want to get away from the city for some peaceful time.

Suzanne’s studio is such a wonderful stay! The views are spectacular and peaceful and the studio itself is very cosy and tastefully decorated! The bed is also very comfy! Bonus points as we were able to spot the local koala on our last morning! Would definitely recommend 🤗

Thank you so much to Nick and Lisa for hosting us at your beautiful home. Our family stayed here over the Easter weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. Wye River was the perfect location for exploring the Great Ocean Road and also the local swimming beach. It is such a picturesque, peaceful and quiet spot with a great view. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed. Also very family friendly, with lots of toys and games to entertain our kids with. We highly recommend The Glass House!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Apollo Bay !Nestled in the peaceful countryside. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The large outdoor deck was a real highlight - perfect for relaxing with a barbecue while taking in the stunning surroundings and enjoying a glass of wine. We even had a special visitor from a koala 🐨 in a nearby tree which made the stay even feel more magical. The home was clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a serene and memorable stay in nature.
