We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Katy was a great host, kept in touch & very kind as sent a gift after my mum had a accident. The house is spotless & home from home. Katy has thought of everything you may need. A perfect location with stunning views. Very quite & no problems parking. The french doors at the front of the house is a great idea as you can sit & relax in the sun. We will definately be staying again in the future & have recommended it already to friends

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

Stayed here for 3 nights as was visiting my sister who lives nearby, everything was as described, nice was very kind and very helpful! My only issue is was the amount of stairs (with a baby/pram) that said I would stay here again 100%, thanks nico for a welcoming stay!

We couldn't have chosen a better location to stay in Woodbridge as it was walkable to everywhere, and having the included parking was a bonus. The apartment was prestine. Check in was great. The lovely lady from Bournemouth checked us in and made sure our fridge was stocked with milk and water and teas and coffees. She was lovely and very helpful. Everything was walking distance and perfect for us. Thanks again would highly recommend.

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

Great location for us visiting family nearby. Little peace of paradise. Tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden. Carole was a great host, cottage was very welcoming. Clean, warm and cosy. We only stayed one night sadly but could have easily stayed longer. Slept so well in the comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Lovely stay, lots of nice/useful touches. Slightly difficult to park but resident parking vouchers helped. 30-minute drop off zone outside was useful for unloading.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! We had a wonderful long Easter weekend at this apartment, booked easily even though it was very last minute due to being let down by another owner. Thank you to Caroline for being so helpful and super responsive. The location is perfect to explore Felixstowe on foot and it’s handy having private off-road parking. We played mini-golf, ate out at some great spots, used the huge park down the road, went to the arcades on the pier and swam at the leisure centre just across the road. The space is beautiful, spacious, clean and we had everything that we needed, and more. Clear instructions and helpful information on the pre-arrival details too. Our daughters didn’t want to leave! We’d love to return again.

Luxury, carefully organised, more than met expectations, very well set out and equipped, very quiet, near shops and to the lovely River Deben. Delighted to have found this location and hope to have need/opportunity to use again. Hosts had really thought about their offer and we did so appreciate this. Met our aim of a great location so easy to get into Ipswich, at same time near beautiful river.
