The guest house is located on a 5 acre property just 14 miles from the beach! Guests have access to a designated area, not the entire 5 acres. Owners live on the property in a separate house with a friendly golden retriever, 2 young kids and free range chickens. Guest house is dog friendly, NO CATS PLEASE (due to homeowner allergies)!
