Stunning Lake Front in Clearlake Oaks , Sleeps 8 < private dock Private beach (when water level low), excellent location for fishing ( hosted crew "Stoke on Fishing" . 2025 Youtube for video production coming ,4 min from the Clearlake Oaks public launch. proximity to wineries, restaurants, etc. table and seating by the lake with BBQ. Large fireplace, new A/C and heating. Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Gated Ideal for a family vacation, , fishing trip. 2 new kayaks for our guests.

Lakefront Retreat! Beach, Dock, Lawn on Clearlake

What's stolen our hearts about this secluded property isn't just that it's a prime location on the lake with a bounty of wildlife and beach access to the water, but the history it has endured. This property is said to be a treasure from within the original Kelsey family and before that was home to the Pomos, Miwoks, and Wappos. Before our time, this home was known as Arrowhead due to the treasures it hid.
