Mockingbird Hill Vacation Rental

This is an attached cottage with a private entrance and off-street parking. It is on a ten acre lot, not seen from the road nor overlooked by any building. The bedroom has a double bed, and the sofa can convert into a second comfortable double bed. There is a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a 4 place dining table, a big desk, WIFI, and HDTV. There are lots of windows, two big cedar decks, and a bbq grill. It’s light, airy and peaceful, set in a lovely garden with mountain views.

This very private cottage is clean, bright and comfortable. A wood stove and all natural wood interior with vaulted ceiling making it bright, comfortable, spacious, and inviting. Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
