Situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood steps away from Seal Bay Park trails. 35 minutes from Mt. Washington, 9 minutes from Comox/Powell River Ferry Terminal, 14 minutes from Comox Airport, and 9 minutes away from Costco and the Comox Hospital. Private room, private bathroom, and private patio. Comfortable queen size bed with a view of the yard and garden. Private carport parking and private entrance both located in the covered carport. No access to kitchen/main house/property. No pets.

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Minutes away from restaurants/pubs and hiking trails, you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the beauty that B.C has to offer. Mt.Washington and/or have a simple picnic at the Marina with friends and family. We are the gateway you didn’t know you needed. Bright and open 1300 Sq. ft. two bedroom lower suite with patio and seasonal pool (May - Oct). Spectacular mountain & glacier views from main living area, master bedroom, and of course the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and charging TESLA EV. Radiant heat means no air exchange with upstairs unit. New BBQ added in 2021. Pool patio has sunshine from mid morning till late evening. The Eagle's Nest is an entirely private, gorgeously renovated kitchenette suite at tree top level, filled with light, with brand new bathroom, amenities, and comfort. Private deck and sweeping, one of a kind views of the Strait of Georgia, the coastal mountains, passing deer, eagles overhead, and the sounds of waves and seals from the beach below.
