Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

The bus stops are within 2 minutes walk, the metro is 15 minutes away. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance from the house. It takes about 30 minutes to get to downtown Manhattan by express buses x28 and x38. Perfect for families.
