Great communication. Great space. very beautiful home and outdoors. perfect if you have kids. We used the playground and grill. Very flexible, easy to reach and very friendly.

This location was local to restaurants and stores, so if you needed anything extra you would not have to travel far. The outside location is beautiful. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There was kitchen supplies, pots, pans, seasonings, etc all that you needed to cook meals. Host provided complimentary coffee, tea and water bottles. The inside was spotless, clean and organized. Our host’s communication skill we’re out of this world. They were helpful and informative. They also checked in via message to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything extra. OVERALL A+ stay! I recommend and will be coming back if I ever want to stay in this area again. Thank you for a great experience.

Great place! Extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. Also very quiet. Free parking was a plus, with a huge fitness center. Communication was also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property hosted by Fran and Scott. You CANNOT beat the location. Tasteful and modern renovation highlights the beautiful bones of this home! The host is super responsive and the kitchen has everything you would need. We will be back!

The Perch is perfect for a cozy getaway. Really feels like a home away from home. You can easily spend your days just enjoying the perch and all it has to offer, as well as go out and explore all the great surrounding areas! Walking around downtown New Milford and lounging by the lake were big highlights of our stay. We never had a dull moment! Casey is such a great host, always communicative and helpful. Her guides have everything you need to know and even have great recommendations for things in the nearby areas. We loved our stay!

What a lovely place in the perfect location! Whether walking or driving, you are close to all kinds of attractions & eateries. The house itself felt like home , with plenty of space and a beautiful private backyard. We also had fun using the home theatre .😊 When we had questions, Michelle was very prompt in getting back to us. We felt like she cared about us as guests! Thanks for being a great host. You have a wonderful place. We would definitely stay here again!

Home had a beautiful view of the lake! Everything was spotless on arrival. Couldn’t have asked for more for a weekend getaway in CT!

We had a family gathering at Emma's place (Tranquil Forest Haven). Everyone loved it. The house is architecturally unusual in a good way, with an enormous amount of common area for a 4-bedroom home. The kitchen is large enough for several cooks to be working at once and there are two large and one smaller common areas that flow together. The living/dining room has a cathedral ceiling in the sitting area and a lower, flat ceiling in the dining area. The acoustics were great. Even with multiple conversations going everyone could hear each other without shouting. So many homes and other gathering places have bad acoustics for gatherings, so this was a welcome relief from that problem, especially appreciated by the many people in our family who are older, with hearing loss. We had a nice walk around the nearby town pond, next to the school . It is wooded and tranquil, with geese. (The beach is closed due to bacteria. ) We enjoyed the fire in the wood stove.

Geaninna’s home was beautiful. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The view to the lake while it was snowing was such a beauty, it was a peaceful stay. We look forward to booking again in the future. Geaninna was a great host, friendly and responded quickly.

Beautiful artsy modern home that gives a peaceful feel especially with all the open windows to enjoy the scenery. This place was perfect for a family of 11 with everyone having their own room and bathroom to having enough space for kitchen use and dining area. We really enjoyed the entertainment open floor as well. We really enjoyed our stay and Anya was truly responsive to our needs. Will recommend.
